  1. Allow ability to add timed target in regular workouts.

    Currently if you choose regular, interval or circuit you are locked into one style or format. The ability to create a regular workout and set time targets for AMRAP would be great.

    Example: Be able to super set battle ropes (AMRAP in 60sec) with a weighted exercise for reps.

  2. Change all the Exercise Library Videos To Good Form

    I am really shocked and disappointed at how bad the exercise demonstrations are.

    I work with clients with back pain & all the exercise library is unusable as the demonstrator shows each exercise with appalling form and technique.

    For safe practice, I highly advise refilming the library of trainerize videos.

  3. Add "Static" to the "Mechanics" tab of exercise library

    Under the Mechanics tab of the exercise library, it mentions Compound and Isolation, but an isometric exercise like the plank (and its variations) is neither.

  4. Assessment options!

    The existing tests (BF%, measurements, etc..) are great but offering exercise specific tests would generate additional goal setting and excitement for the client. Example: 1 mike run, 1000 meter row, push up, timed plank, wall sit... measurements are exciting but exercise related standard tests would make it more well rounded

  5. Have more options for cardio. A lot of our clients want to add doing stairs, cross country skiing, swimming, and stretching and rolling

    A lot of our clients want to add doing stairs, cross country skiing, swimming, and stretching and rolling. They feel they are getting gipped because they can't specifically record this.

  6. Add a 'Rehab/Recovery' top-level category

    Currently there are only 2 top-level categories: the blue square 'workouts' and the green circle 'cardio'. These categories are prominently displayed on the client dashboard in the 'activity by week' graphs and the 'all time completed' sections, as well as in the color coordinated calendar view.

    It would be GREAT if you could add a category for 'recovery' activities that could also be tracked and managed in the same manner. Perhaps a yellow oval or a purple star? The color/icon shape doesn't matter. But Recovery is such a major part of any successful training program, and we would love to…

  7. Make scheduling faster

    Allow us to pull from a clients entire training list and place anywhere on the monthly calendar, as opposed to one day at a time. This process is too slow and takes too many clicks...

  10. Multiple consultation forms

    I would like to be able to create multiple consultation forms and then tick box to choose which one to send to a new client. It would be extra cool to be able to send a new one to an existing client.

    I've incorporated my par-q into my consult form but I work with pre and post-natal clients which means I can have 3 different par-qs for one client within a year. I'm trying to stay away from things they need to print out as much as possible (exception for dr's notes)

  11. Have "Set 'x' Personal Bests" highlighted and expanded.

    Knowing my client has set 3 new personal bests is great and all, but it would be great to be able to see which exercises those were.

    e.g. Not as excited about their new lat raise PB in the warm up, but very interested to know they hit 5 deadlifts at 85% for the first time.

    Would be amazing to see this with 1 click rather than searching through the days training.

  12. Update to the Interval Timer

    I recently started making workouts exclusively using that timer to ensure a workout would be a certain time. However, it seems a bit aggravating in actually usage. As a timer, it doesn't seem to act like other timing apps you might have, ones that prevent your screen from timing out. Yes, you can "lock it" so the screen can't black out as the app offers, but why is that an option? Why would you want your screen to be able to auto-turn off because that causes the workout to pause. Which leads to the next issue...

  13. Allow voice chat in messenger

    Just like iMessage, Facebook messenger, and Instagram dm you’re allowed to send voice recorded messages. This will be great because sometimes some information I want to pass to my clients is too much to write and too busy to get them on the phone. This will be more convenient for both parties

  14. Future delete function for cancelling clients

    When a client gives their 30 days notice of cancellation it would be handy to put a future deactivation on their account.
    E.g client gives notice on the 15th of the month to cancel but they have paid up until the 5th of following month. It would be handy to go in a schedule a deactivation of their account on a future date so that you don't have to go in a do it at a later date. Reduces admin time

  17. Being able to access my master programs from the app to subscribe clients too.

    There have been many times when I have needed to change a client from one program to another, or I am wanting to add to my clients current programs. But I can only do this from the desktop web app, not the mobile app. And when I am super busy or not an actual computer it makes it impossible. It would be great to be able to access my master workouts and programs from the mobile app

  18. Custom rest periods.

    It would be nice to be able to manually enter any rest time we want. At times during “density blocks” I want to decrease rest periods each workout by 10-15 seconds, entering my own rest intervals or having a wider variety of options (every 5 seconds for example) would be great.

  19. High five or fist bump client PB’s

    When we get a notification to say our clients have hit PB’s it would be awesome to be able to either high five or fist bump it as another way of saying well done!

  20. Upload progress photos - auto-tag - who's progress photos missing

    Hi there!

    It would be a big help if I could see at
    - auto-tagged clients based on their needs -
    at the owerview site who has uploaded already the progress photos and who I have to remind to upload photos.

    Right now I always have to go through all of my client.

    Sometimes is not easy because I use to have 100-200 clients.
