  1. Make the workout templates more flexible

    The workout templates need more options then superset and rounds. I like to set a rep count for multiple exercises in a circuit and have the circuit performed for specific time variables. It would be nice to have time as an option as well as taking out the need to prescribe a certain amount of sets per circuit

    When in the exercise library
    - See more exercises per page (all even) - I can scroll, it's not that hard. And choose between grid and list
    - be able to "select all" when in custom exercises
    - If I sort by something else than the default, keep it sorted like that. Now, if I for example sort by date, select 3 exercises and update thumbnails, the view will revert back to default sorting afterward. Spesially when not being able so see more exercises at once, this is not good.

  3. Looking at progress for a workout with the same exercise twice

    When looking at a workout with 2 different supersets, but with the same exercise inside both, the "progress: review by workout" only shows the exercise once.

    A1 Squat
    A2 Pushup
    B1 Squat
    B2 Pullups

    Then the review only shows A1 Squats, and not B1 Squats!

    When viewing the workout on the calendar you'll see both.

  4. Update the Inbox Functionality

    As of now, the setup of the inbox in the webapp causes some workflow issues.

    1. If I need to reference a message while working on a clients training plan, I have to reopen their session after going to the inbox.

    2. If I'm writing a message and need to reference that clients training plan, I have to copy my message, go to their plan, reopen the inbox and then paste the message and continue writing.

    I know we can shortcut this by having two windows open, but it would be great to be able to reference the inbox at…

  6. Add a GENERAL NOTES section for EVERY client's "home page"

    This can be added in all the white space on the page opened when a client is pulled up in the training app.

    This way, ANY trainer who is training that client can quickly see if there are certain things to be aware of!

  10. A way to bulk delete actions throughout a month

    When I delete automated messages or workouts, I have to individually select them to delete them. I’d like a way to select all or select a large group and then delete them

  13. Add folders to separate master workouts

    The master workouts section is annoyingly clustered with every master workout that I design, so separating these into folders would help from a UI perspective. It would clean it up and make searching these much easier.

  16. Progression Feature Updates

  18. Allow an option to adjust calendar reminders (Mass delete or change date)

    Currently you can set automatic reminders for a number of weeks. Sometimes, clients' prefer to change these days but unfortunately, we don't have an option to adjust the recurring date. We can only manually drag each reminder, or just clear only one month. This can be frustrating if all we want to do is change the recurring date.

  19. Change a current workout on the desktop version, without having to adjust the master workout (currently allows on mobile but not on desktop)

    If you select a specific workout for a client you cannot make changes to that workout on the desktop version, the mobile app does allow this, the mobile app will ask if you want to make the change just for that day or for the program. I would love to be able to tweek current workouts for specific clients from the desktop version.

  20. Resize the new Workout Editor.

    The new Workout Editor window is nice, and easy to navigate, but the large size of it makes it impossible to see entire workouts at once. Scrolling around to see where things fit can get infuriating. Also, the instruction window is so small that we can no longer read the instructions all at once, and scrolling through it is impossible. When choosing rest times for an exercise at the bottom of the screen, the longer rest times are off the bottom of the screen, meaning we have to move the exercise up higher in the session, choose the rest from…
