Update the Inbox Functionality
As of now, the setup of the inbox in the webapp causes some workflow issues.
1. If I need to reference a message while working on a clients training plan, I have to reopen their session after going to the inbox.
2. If I'm writing a message and need to reference that clients training plan, I have to copy my message, go to their plan, reopen the inbox and then paste the message and continue writing.
I know we can shortcut this by having two windows open, but it would be great to be able to reference the inbox at any time without losing what we're doing.
I also like the inbox capabilities in the phone app, in that we can see the recent conversations with each client while their session is open. When in the webapp, we have to navigate to the inbox and search their name to see the same thing.
