Pre/Post Plan Freestyle Workout - Trainer or Client
There have been a few variations on the same theme - here's my take on it:
Clients have a strict plan, and in Trainerize that's brilliantly catered for. However I deal with athletes and the occasional bodybuilder. For both of these groups - they sometimes need a short term addition to their plan to train around injury or fatigue. Currently this takes me setting up a whole new training plan each week until the issue is resolved. I'd love to be able to suggest ideas, and either myself or the client to enter in their workouts on the laptop before or after they hit the gym (time is precious!) and then follow through with the plan when ready.
TL:DR: Make both client and trainer able to make one off Freestyle workouts in advance (or even backdate) on our laptop.
