Ability to have sections for each workout such as warmup, strength, assistance, skills, mobility, cool down, etc.
Currently there is no distinction between areas/sections of the workout such as warmup, movement prep, strength, assistance, met-con, skills, cool down, mobility/stretching, etc.
It would be great to have the sections labeled or the ability to create a custom area/section.
It would also be great to have templates for each area/section that could be saved and copied to other workouts.
Rower @ 5 minutes
10 Air Squats
10 Leg Swings
10 KB Swings
10 Lateral Lunges
Back Squat 5,5,5,5,5 @ 75%
10 KB Split Squat
10 KB RDL
Foam Roll @ 2 min
Couch Stretch @ 1 min

This would be VERY helpful! I've added notes about which section a movement is in, in the Target section and am training Clients to look there but it is clunky and could be much smoother if exercises could be categorized as Main, Warm-up, Cool Down, Accessories or even custom sections.

This is a fantastic idea. I started off trying to have each block as a separate workout but found that clients were skipping them so now I add them right into their workouts but would love the clear labels or separation.

It would also be incredible if Trainerize included warmups to integrate into our master workouts. This would streamline how users view warming up if it is able to be included in the actual workout builder, not simply in the additional info box where we give our clients instructions.

Would be great to add Garmin watches, fitness rings, samsung and apple fitness watches
I like this idea. I understand you could create a whole separate warm up workout, but having it as a part of the main workout would be easier and less confusing. Then clients know they only have one workout to check off for the day.

Agree with Josh C below. Can add below, but maybe just a tab to show it’s separate to the actual workload .
Also a tab for alternate exercise options that you can input after the workout

This is how PT distinction does its workout programming. Too bad their interface is not user friendly as yours.
Also, having the ability to copy and paste those sections from one workout to another will make it a feature that let's you create a client program in under 60 sec.
add warm up to beginning of workout without counting the exercises as exercises in the workout

You can create your own warm up and cool downs with the workout feature. Don’t see a need for this. If anything, add a separate tab for warm ups under the “add workout.”
This is really important to help clients

Agree - I’d like to be able to create and save warm-up templates to add to workouts, instead of adding individual exercises to the beginning of a workout.
I currently add a warm-up as it's own workout. Clients will get a box to check off their warm-up then another for the workout. I would prefer to have it all in one workout with a divider.
Hello! I wanted to reach out and ask if it would be possible to segment the programs section so that it could be organized into section for warm ups, workouts, stretches, etc? Each section would then click into the different workouts for that section, a way to give client an array of workouts/stretches/warmups within their section without bogging them down with a large list of workouts they have to scroll through and keeping it easy to find. I was also wondering if we could add exercises to the cardio section as well or if we can create our own cardio section for our clients as well?? Thank you and look forward to hearing back!

I include warm up sequencing into all my workouts. It is simply part A. Take photos or film yourself performing suggested warm ups. Easy!

This is a big one!

I’ll call this a priority!!
Also add timer for AMRAP workouts
Absolutely need it!
A separate section would definitely be helpful to separate it from the workouts, so that new clients don't get overwhelmed with seeing too many exercises in the 'workout' for the day, and can wrap their head around each individual piece

Would love this to be apart of the training app! Please create it :)
