  1. I would LOVE for the system to add stop lights to accounts. Like Red means new system dye GREEN means “all is good”.

    If a client leaves a message OR leaves measurements, pictures or weight... for their trainer there should be a RED (or any color) dot that pops up. This way us trainers would be able to quickly respond to that client needing feedback. Right now it’s EXTREMELY difficult to catch all “check ins” as your looking for clients that submitted their information. I have lost a lot of clients check ins because I didn’t get notified when they left their information.

  2. Add a seperate unread box in the messenger! That makes it much easier when messaging a large number of clients!

    A seperate unread box in the messenger where all unread (but only unread) messages appear would be great!

  3. Add a column for tempo in template creation for workouts.

    I like to use tempo (in addition to rest, sets and reps) have a column to add the tempo of the exercise

  5. My Progress Overview Customization

    Allow to customize the measured metrics on the clients mobile dash.

    Example: Change 'Body Fat %' to 'BMI' OR 'Resting Heart Rate' to 'Waist'.

  8. Meals with recipes & photo

    Kind of like Plank app, a way we can select meals for our client’s, with recipes, grocery list and photo of the food.
    Would be even better if we could incorporate our own food as well. Right now Evolution nutrition is too complicated.

  9. Deload Day

    Would be cool if there is an option to use a Deload version of workouts, so you can use lower reps or weights and not count towards any PR. Having a deload week is important to prevent burn out if dieting and sleep is limited. Thanks!

  10. I would love a scheduling feature for group fitness classes!

    I currently run an online program as well as group fitness classes. I would love to have all the scheduling in one place!

  13. Some thoughts for improvements

    The ability to write specific cardio programing... intervals, elevation, speed, etc.

    When we program we can write directions in the sets/weights box. It would be nice to be able to change/update those instructions and have it show up on the right side. Right now we can only put in numbers. If we can put in letters, we could add detail and put in tubing color etc.

  14. Sleep/recovery reporting or trackers

    create an entire part of the client profile for them to report sleeping, recovery ratings and stress! Great to have for clients in prep or in crazy training blocks

  15. Clients sign waivers with finger on their app

    On the app Mind Body the professional usually has a waiver and/or agreement that the client can review and sign with their finger.
    This is better than having them view the document, print off, sign, scan and email back. Plus an electronic version on the app through your system seems much more safe.
    I would love to know that my clients can access it first before beginning any exercise programs.
    Maybe an electronic version of the Par-Q would also help with boxes for them to check. All of these additions would help the trainers using this product feel more safe.

  17. Ability to turn off RPE rating for some workout

    For some warmup or cooldown workouts, allow us to turn off RPE rating for these workouts.

  18. A free training slot for our own training, to add on the app

    When you pay for slots one should be open for us as the trainer to add our own training

  20. Create a general workout list that ALL clients have access to

    It would be nice to have a list of workouts that all clients can pull from without adding them to clients plans individually.
