This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. See who has put an emoji on a comment in a group message

    People are doing a “thumbs up” emoji on my comments to let me know they have seen my post or not in group chats. To be able to easily click on the emoji and see who as done it or not would be very helpful

  2. New Trainerize Action on Zapier that allows to modify client goals such as TDEE or macro split

    It would be useful to allow more client data to modify via Zapier automations, like for example, weight, height, age, BMR, TDEE or macro split.

    My use case is to capture and calculate client data in a Google Form and then insert directly (and automatically) into my trainerize account for that client.

  3. Ability to move specific workouts to different days in calendar view, while persisting custom progressions.

    When you set dates for sessions, and then set up a custom progression for each week, if you need to change the day a certain session happens the custom progression DOES NOT persist.

    There should be the a "Move to date" option when you click on sessions in the calendar view, so that if you've added a custom progression to that session it can be maintained on the new day. Otherwise you have to go back in and re-edit them, or lose them accidentally.

  4. Zapier Trigger: After 3 days send setup link sent to Many Chat

    I am using ManyChat to get clients in on a free trial. They will go through the customization in the chat but never log in and use the app.

    I would like there to be a zap trigger to send the client their setup link in manychat, if their account has not been set up within 12 hours. This will help me save spots for those who will actually use the app.

  5. Edit Periodization in app

    It would be nice to be able to periodize my clients programs in the app rather than just using the desktop site. Also it would be helpful to be able to add exercises to their program on certain weeks.

  6. Zapier Trigger: Convert to Custom Program

    Add a Zapier Trigger that automatically triggers the function "Convert to Custom Program" on a a client's current training program.

    This way, you get the benefits of being notified when a client's program is about to end.

  7. Add "Static" to the "Mechanics" tab of exercise library

    Under the Mechanics tab of the exercise library, it mentions Compound and Isolation, but an isometric exercise like the plank (and its variations) is neither.

    When you open up a clients profile, there should be a small spot that shows what all programs they have previously been on for workouts. This would help so you don't put them on a workout they have previously completed.

  13. Having more than one method of training in a workout.

    I like to create hybrid workouts for my clients that involve starting with strength training, then moving into a circuit style training and then ending in a various timed, HIIT or Tabata type workout. Right now you can only choose one training method and it would be nice to be able to add in all three styles into one workout.

  14. Show FULL MyFitnessPal Data

    Show calorie & macro GRAM goals plus calorie and macros tracked by day. Have option of looking into food diary straight from Trainerize dashboard to see food choices, macros/calories met plus other metrics (like sugar and fiber) that clients are tracking. Full MFP integration would be amazing!

    When using the IOS app and trying to build a workout, it only allows you to insert 1 exercise at a time and when you try to insert multiple at a time it doesn’t add them.

    It would be great if when a client substitutes an exercise if the original targets carried over. Currently it wipes them out so they have no idea how many reps they should be shooting for.

  20. Change a current workout on the desktop version, without having to adjust the master workout (currently allows on mobile but not on desktop)

    If you select a specific workout for a client you cannot make changes to that workout on the desktop version, the mobile app does allow this, the mobile app will ask if you want to make the change just for that day or for the program. I would love to be able to tweek current workouts for specific clients from the desktop version.
