    • Set Up Trainerize to allow us to view whole programs, not just individual workouts

      When writing our programs, it would be great if we could write a whole program (multiple days), on a single screen. Having to jump between screens (workout to workout) to make sure we're keeping reps, sets consistent and programs balanced is a bit of a pain and very time consuming. If we could jump on one screen to write out entire program (or at least most of it), I think the software would go next level for us at our facility!

            More automated Message customization options. Id like the ability to:
            1. send a message when a client misses a set number of workouts.
            2. send a message when a client logs in for a set number of workouts.
            3. send a message based on pre set crieria ( Ex: send message if client Resting HR is above 60. Send message when over/under on calories )

              • Add small group training format. Ability to add entire group stats or each person quickly

                For small groups it would save a lot of time if we would add group workouts to a group of people.

                This would work for small group and semi private clients.

                There could be two options for tracking.

                1. The clients track their own stats (ideal for small groups)

                2. With in the same view/page you could add stats for multiple people in a given workout with out having to switch in and out of clients to add stats (ideal for semi private)

                    • Add totals to progress. Total Weight Lost/Gained, Inches Lost/Gain, Body Fat % This is almost more important than current stats.

                      Clients are most proud of their overall achievement. They often forget where they were and a reminder of the entire journey can go a long way to maintaining their behaviours.

                      Please add a total results section. This way clients can see for themselves and show their friends the total stats lost or gained.

                      • Re-set the Cardio input options so you can set a time AND a HR zone eg 30 seconds at 90-100% HRmax

                        For programming interval training, we need to be able to offer guidance on time as well as intensity levels eg sprint at 90-100% HRMax for 30 seconds then jog for 1 min at 70-75% HRmax. Your current settings only allow you to set either time OR HR zone.

                            • Ability to have sections for each workout such as warmup, strength, assistance, skills, mobility, cool down, etc.

                              Currently there is no distinction between areas/sections of the workout such as warmup, movement prep, strength, assistance, met-con, skills, cool down, mobility/stretching, etc.
                              It would be great to have the sections labeled or the ability to create a custom area/section.
                              It would also be great to have templates for each area/section that could be saved and copied to other workouts.

                              Warmup:
                              Rower @ 5 minutes

                              Movement Prep:
                              2 Rounds
                              10 Air Squats
                              10 Leg Swings
                              10 KB Swings

                              • Not inform clients of every simple change. Create a "save" and "publish" changes feature.

                                At times a may make 5 to 10 changes over a day. My client then will receive up to 10 emails telling them of the changes. They have informed me this can be annoying for them. Maybe create a "Save" feature and a "publish" feature so client only receives changes once I am ready to release it.

                                • allow client to add notes for each excercise

                                  Now, it's possible for clients to make notes for the whole workout, but not for each excercise. Would be great to do that (Example: "Reduced weight bench press due to DOMS" --> barbell bench press. "New record, yes!" --> Barbell Squat)

                                  • Can we need ability to put clients Max lifts in so the app can then workout the whatever percentage we want them to workout at - 75% of 1RM

                                    need to be able to put in clients max 1 RM so we can calculate automatically what they should lift such as 75% or 80%. Be cool if app automatically worked that out
