Allow ability to send out automated texts or messages

My clients prefer texts as the means of communication
Automated texts would be amazing.
It would be great to be able to personalize their name with a generic message
'Hi Sarah'.... Then same motivational message everyone else gets

    Thanks for your feedback. With the latest upgrade with our new messenger, we’ve now added a complete 14 day onboarding message journey you can automate to increase initial engagement and up your long term client retention.

    Additionally there are many more event-based automated messages like when a client completes their first workout, etc.

        All of my clients expect text communication - automated text alerts for them would be awesome. They have busy lives, a reminder text for an upcoming session, or for a weigh-in etc would be great. But give them the option to turn off text alerts for things.

        Agreed - PT Minder has this feature n clients love it - its a bit manual but Inuse PT Minder for admin n use Trainerize's programming n tracking - one app that does them all would be ideal

        Hi everyone,

        We will be building more automated messaging capabilities into our app. That's on our roadmap. In the meantime, have you had a chance to look at the new Add-ons > App Automation section. There is a workflow you can grab from there that you can customize a welcome mailer to go out via our Zapier integration.

        This is greatly needed ASAP! The welcome email is especially important as it is the FIRST correspondence a client receives from our business. We need to be able to customize it to our own tone and personality as well as make the client away of specific things that are important right off the bat. The log in and password is only one detail in a few that need to be communicated up front.

        I would like to be able to pre-schedule these as well... ie cue them up as well as send on the moment.

        Off Day Trainer does this, it works great but I'd much rather use ONE app/program for everything then having to resort to multiple ones. Right now I have to use Trainerize, off day trainer & im trying to find one for schedule/client billing

        Yes! The ability to customize the auto emails for each client (workout reminder, missed workout, etc.). Each client needs the personal touch!

        It would make a huge difference in my business since most of my clients don't speak english.

        It would also allow me to connect in a genuine way with my clients, since I could add my tone and personnality to the mesages.

        Be able to schedule messages to check in with clients for specific times or days. This is huge. I spend a lot of time on this. If we could schedule then all at once it would really save time.
