Customize the interval times
There's now an interval program option which is great, but you can only select from the times listed for the working and rest intervals (30 sec, 60 sec, 1 min, etc). Sometimes clients need times that are not listed, i.e. 20 seconds. If we could customize the times that would be helpful and allow us to carefully progress them over time as well.

Yes! I increase the intervals as we progress through the program. Jumping from 60s to 90s is a bit too much.
Please allow us to make times that are longer than 5 minutes. Why is that a limit?
Strongly agreed with this. Right now, forcing clients to choose from a limited number of rest (and workout) intervals is restrictive and limiting.
For ex: I know a few rock climbing trainers who are using Trainerize for training but the app doesn't allow for good tracking for Hangboarding: for ex: 7sec on/3 sec off.
