With working out many trainers do not incorporate stretching, creating an area on the app that we can build add custom stretches and Yoga as well.

This would be extremely helpful! I incorporate yoga into my plans and it’s difficult to try to find isolated workout videos on YouTube. I want it to look more professional and not just a bunch of random videos put together.

Figure 4, lying hamstring, runners stretch, cobra, cat/cow, pigeon, standing quad stretch, downward dog, childs pose, straddle, butterfly, triceps.
I love this idea of stretches,I'm a physiotherapist and stretching is apart of my routines. It's so hard for me to make the videos and YouTube suggestions just seem so generic. So I would like therapeutic stretches for neck, shoulders, lower back, hamstrings and calves. This would make the whole trainer ice universe complete. Just adding a pain management aspect to it.

On floor one ankle crossed over other knee reach thru bent leg to grab and pull in shin towards you
Mobility: inchworms, bear crawls, hip circles, tin soldiers, lunge and twist, good mornings, thread the needle, quad reach arounds, butt kickers, knee banded adduction.
Stretching: pigeon, couch, scorpion, calf, quad, shoulder (anterior and posterior)

I do this already within the app. The option is already there when creating your own exercises. Then you can add your video of the stretches.
Yes! There definitely needs to be options for stretching, rollering, pilates, yoga.... or just a way to make your own custom category options.
I am a new user and have injury so my most important activity currently is 3 sets of my Physio stretches done daily. I am having to choose a random exercise from the exercise list and just write a note for what it really is in order to track. Stretches are measured by the length of time held do I have to use reps as minutes.
