I suggest you ...

Create "Program Schedule Rule"

Be able to create a "program schedule rule". Meaning; instead of scheduling workouts on a specific day of the week, you just say in what order the workouts should be done. This creates a lot more flexibility for the client.

Example: You have 3 workouts, to be done as W1, W2, W3, W1, W2 and repeat. After you set the rule, the only thing the client has to do is select "track next workout" and it will automatically select the correct one.

This needs to tie into the progression spreadsheet, and makes it much easier to plan for progression.

That way you can basically just plan for "next time" a client does workout 1, instead of workout 1 on that specific day. Sometime the client needs to move which day he or she trains at, and then they might not think about moving the planned workout, and then the progression is lost!
