An error occurred while saving the comment The process of getting payment info into Trainerize, and then having to invite clients to purchase products, and then have them accept, and then possibly re enter payment info if it didn't load correctly the first time (which has happened to every one of my clients thus far) is far too confusing. It has actually caused me to lose a number of clients!! There needs to be more energy put into making this process more seamless, such as requesting payment info upon set up so clients can be billed as soon as they accept a product request.

Agree! It's nice to have the programs as templates, but most of the time my clients need at least something tweaked but I don't want to have to write a whole new program for that one thing!
