    Simply add in the timing to the description of the workout, or choose circuit. You could also just type in "for time" or as many as possible, or AMRAp and then explain to your clients what that means.

    Film your own workouts that you speak of and upload. Easy! At the very worst you could upload from youtube.

    I include warm up sequencing into all my workouts. It is simply part A. Take photos or film yourself performing suggested warm ups. Easy!

    You can also Group your clients (however you do that on your end) then paste a link to Google Drive that is shared with the group.

    I already do this via my website. There is a members downloads section. They simply log in and download any supplementary reading material right onto their mobile, or they can read in the browser.
