    Also, the ability to do sets & reps for example a back squat, followed by an AMRAP. At the moment I can't figure out how to mix the 2 into one workout session?

    Agreed - or an 'AMRAP' approach.
    For example, I want my client to do 20 mins, as many rounds as possible of 10 squats, 10 ring rows and 10 push ups.
