YES! Why does this not exist? They already have the consultation form that is editable. So I know its possible! I want a form I can assign weekly, just like "add photos" and "take measurements".

Can we make this happen? This is NEEDED so that clients can self-report and be more accountable to their program. Can't be too hard to implement into the app.

Yep I completely agree this is needed ASAP!

Hi, I would love the ability to attached a weekly check-in form for clients. Which either and email or notification or both is sent to the client once a week to complete the questionnaire. I use these to help the client to reflect on their week and their small wins, for them to set a new weekly goal and for me to see how they are going, their biofeedback and how I can assist more

YES! I currently have an auto message scheduled with a link to a google form for my weekly client check-ins. It would be great if there was a check-in area within the app where clients could rate their biofeedback / give weekly reflections without having to use a 3rd party.

Having clients be able to do weekly check-ins via trainerize. Rather then going back and fourth between emails, texts or a shared document, having weekly questions to ask that they can easily answer in one place for coaches to get biofeedback.

Take it a step further, and allow coaches to schedule automated custom surveys within master programs

I'm a new user and haven't tried the whole concept but here a more a few things that would help PTs and their clients:
1, myzone integration: helps to keep client's accountable and motivates to higher effort and therefore better results
2, weekly breakdown of crucial lifestyle elements: daily regime = food timetable, alcohol, stress levels
3, hip to waist ratio: as a part of more accurate health risk measurement. Better than BMI in my humble opinion. -

Check-in questions so you didn't have to leave the app to do check-ins. Customisable question boxes and scheduling to client's calendars on different days

The ability to have a client do a daily or weekly check in would be amazing to get a feel for energy, mood, alcohol consumption, etc. Would be great to see this info then populate into graph form when appropriate (hours of sleep, for example).

There could be a “Check-in” tab within each clients account and then it saves once submitted. This would then keep all check-ins in structured order.

It would be great if us Coaches were able to personalise check-in forms within the app and then send the form directly to all of our clients that need to fill it in.
I am currently having to do my weekly check-ins elsewhere, which makes my job a lot longer than it should be as I have to keep switching back to the app to view client data.
I also have some clients who find it stressful having information spread about rather than keeping it all in one place, as they lead busy lives and need as much simplicity as possible. Thank you,

It would be great if we could
Personalise our check-in form and be able to send it straight to our clients account for them to fill in and submit. I know TrueCoach have something like this. -

I constantly forget to send my check-ins to my coach. Add a reminder for that.

The check in form should be native to Trainerize so your client doesn't have to leave the app

Ability to set a check in form, much like a body stat or check in photo in calendar. That we can set and code ourselves, much like the original consult form. -

PYHub and PT distinction offer great form support. Hoping you will soon too.
