ability to send library's exercise video through chat
as a coach, you should be able to send a exercise video from the library as a message to the client. When a customer needs to be advised on a movement or if a variation needs to be suggested, this would be a good feature.
Now the video has to be brought into the message conversation "from outside" even though everything has already been filmed and brought into the system.

Link tab in individual messages
I like that there's a "files" tab when you're in an individual message with a client. It makes it easier for me and my clients to find PDF files I've shared with them through messages. Although it's not the most straight forward for clients to know where to find it in the app unless I tell them where to go. It would be cool to also have a links tab in addition to files for clients to easily find links I've shared through messages, or even group chats.

Pin messages in group chat & individual messages
Ability to pin messages in group chats and/or individual messages. I like having completed workouts, activity and habits toggled on in my group chats because we can all celebrate and cheer everyone on in their efforts. But when I post updates or important messages, they get lost in the feed. It would be really cool to be able to pin these messages so it's easier for clients to find them and not potentially miss them since I wouldn't expect everyone to check the group chat every single day.

Display the time messages were sent in DMs (on computer browser version)
In the trainer's app, the time that messages were sent in the client and group DMs display, but the time does not display on the computer web browser version of the trainer's account. The app and browser version should mirror one another. Knowing the time messages were sent is very helpful.

AI summary of client chats
It’s hard to keep track of clients and their specific situations without noting it outside on a separate document. Would be helpful if there was an AI feature that summarized entire client chats and left spark notes in the client notes so you can remember what’s going on with them instead of scrolling back for days

🔥 We Need Threaded Conversations on the Community Board (like on Facebook)
Right now, the community board only allows standalone comments. There’s no way to reply directly to a post or keep a conversation together. This makes it hard to actually have a conversation; discussions end up scattered, and clients lose interest quickly.
On platforms like Facebook, threaded replies and “hot conversations” (the most active threads) rise to the top. This keeps communities alive, makes it easy for new members to jump in, and builds real engagement.
Adding threaded conversations to Trainerize would let us:
Boost client engagement and retention
Keep conversations organized and easy to follow
Create stronger, more connected communities…

Threads
Why are there no thread capabilities in an otherwise very robust platform? Threading in messaging is standard on most social media platforms so it is expected by clients and users alike. With multiple clients and groups it leaves this app messaging confusing and frustrating to the clients and trainers. This issue very literally has us looking for another app because it is a weekly complaint by clients. Is there any help on the horizon for this issue? I can see that it is voted critical by many other users. Thank you.

I have an active community and several groups for our clients to post in, but it gets chaotic with over 100 women constantly contributing. I'd like to ask for a "threads" addition so people can respond to individual messages and continue the conversation without it being entered as it's own post - similar to what Slack has.
I like keeping the community chats in their training app, but the clients have been asking for this addition so we don't have to move to an outside app.

Voice messages transcripts
There should be a transcript for every voice message like every other app that has voice messaging. It would make the entire process much easier than having to listen specifically to every single message.

edit pre existing messages
It's somewhat frustrating having to copy/paste entire pre-written scheduled messages just to change one word or fix a typo.
Can we PLEASE get the feature to edit messages that are already saved and published, instead of having to delete and rewrite them.

Ability to send mass message to more than 10 clients (especially needed for challenge group members, etc)
Right now you can only send up messages for a group of up to 10 people. We need to be able to send them to more than 10 if you have a challenge or some other kind of group. Please add this functionality. Super basic, super easy.

Set up auto messages without it being linked to a program.
If I have a client who is on a 4 week program. I'd like to set up a different auto message that sends out automatically say every Monday morning. I'd like to set that up where I can just assign it to a client when they sign up instead of having to do it separately each time.

Create Pre-Made Message Library (Just Like Workouts)
There needs to be a feature where you can save messages as stock messages and be able to pull them up to send to different clients without having to constantly retype out the messages and manually add them to a clients calendar.

Can auto messages be set to ongoing rather than up to just 52 weeks. Or maybe an option where you can turn them on or off. Including maybe an option to edit or delete in bulk.

Auto-message on Purchase WITHOUT a Time Requirment.
Allow an auto-message upon purchase OR "day #" of program REGARDLESS of time purchased.
As of now, you can only set a time and day for automessages. If its set for Day 1 7am, and someone buys at 7:04am they will NEVER get the Day 1 message.
We need to be able to send the day 1 message OR upon purchase without regard to the time purchased.
