This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Enable reserved spots (and recurring reserved spots)

    Most of my clients have a recurring schedule. However, their appointments cannot be put on the calendar until their subscription renews and either they or I notice and manually add them. This leaves their normally reserved times open for the taking by other clients who either don't have a recurring schedule, are new, or are looking to reschedule a normal appointment due to an exception in their schedule.

    This causes issues because then I have to reach out to the client who just booked thinking the time slot was open and I have to explain that no, it's not actually…

  2. client web portal calendar

    Clients who prefer to use the web portal are not able to have the calendar icon show their scheduled appointments (classes are available, why not appointments!?).

    In order for them to see what they've scheduled, they have to go to the icon and select every day that they might have scheduled something to confirm...apparently this feature was removed.

    PLEASE BRING IT BACK! I have folks that prefer to use the web portal and not the app. :(

  4. Weekly direct debit and ongoing bookings

    The ability to book a clients session in ongoing with session tracking enabled for clients on a weekly direct debit. Every week I have to go in once their payment is processed via stripe to book in their PT and it is so time consuming and backwards. I should be able to book in their sessions ongoing and only apply the session credit to that session once they have done the session and I have marked them as attended.

  6. Schedule Recurring Sessions

    We have ~100 clients and we WANT to use the calendar but it would be extremely time consuming to enter the sessions every week.
    The ability to book recurring appointments would be a very simple fix for this.
    Please add this feature so we can utilize the awesome reminder system!

  10. Session Credits Report

    Right now, 01/2022, it is nearly impossible to track and know where our clients stand on remaining sessions and historical appointment tracking.

    We need a way to cleanly, easily, quickly ascertain past and future appts for a client and, maybe more importantly, how many sessions remain for a client.

    This is a follow-up function that needs A LOT of enhancement! I have only been able to find one place for this, the client's profile on the web.

    I really wish there was a new tab in the web platform added to the client overview that was for "Appointments" - maybe…

  11. Allow booking with manual client and locations.

    For example, with a free consult - I don't want to set them up as a client in the system, but I'd like to book the time slot. I have a free appointment type for a consult, but I can't use it as it needs to be linked to a client.
    It would be great if we could input a booking using appointment type, and manually enter the client name.
    Same with location - if I'm training out of a different location to usual, I'd like to be able to just type the address, instead of having to set a…

  15. When clients book an appointment through the app, can you change the social media links in the confirmation email

    When clients book a consultation through the app they receive an automatic email. In the email it has the social media links for Trainerize. Is there any way you can change this to our social media handles?

  17. Check In Suggestion and Sync workouts in the master calendar to subscribers booked classes

    My client received a "Low Workout Compliance" despite attending his 4 sessions last week because I have all my classes scheduled on the calendar and he was only booked for 4 classes as per his membership contract. I suggest being able to check clients into a class they attended and also have only the classes they have booked pop up on their calendar.

  18. Beta Feedback - Custom Event / Class

    The Beta of Group Classes is great except for we need more flexibility in setting up the classes; for example:

    • setting our own client limit instead of the default ones listed; ie we cap small group training at 8 clients not 10 but we cannot change that limit.

    • add multiple trainers to one class, we add multiple trainers to large classes / open gym so all trainers can see who is signed up incase someone has to cover or calls out.

  19. Allow clients to only book in hour time increments

    Rather than showing time slots for every 15 minutes only show in hour jumps (have option to adjust if needed) to avoid unnecessary gaps for us coaches

  20. Limited availability of certain appointments.

    Limit the availability of booking certain appointments.
    i.e Summer SHRED Challenge Check-in on my app can only be booked by someone who is either in the Summer SHRED Challenge group, subscribed to the Summer SHRED Challenge program, or purchased the Add-on.

    So normal clients, NOT participating in the challenge will not be able to see the option to book that type of appointment.
