This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. API Access - Non-Studio Plans

    I would like to be able to pull clients data (body stats, calories/macros, etc) using API but can't justify getting the Studio Plan based on my business size. Is there a way for other plans to get API access? Even if it's an add on plan similar to the Stripe add on etc. This would be so helpful, thank you in advance!!

    Optimise memory taken up by desktop browser...using the web client seems to take so much memory currently that I can't play the videos clients have sent via messages when watching on PC. Why can I stream 4k video but not manage to watch a client video via the trainerize messaging platform...

    I’m currently running a hybrid coaching model (online + in-person) using Trainerize, and I’m facing some challenges integrating third-party nutrition apps and automating client workflows efficiently.

    Specifically, I’m looking to:

    Sync detailed macro tracking from MyFitnessPal or Cronometer directly into client profiles (not just calorie totals).

    Trigger conditional automations based on client compliance—for example, if a client misses two workouts or logs under 50% of their meals, I’d like to auto-schedule a check-in message or flag them for follow-up.

  16. Allow Data to be Pulled Via API - Health and Workout Data

    I want to be able to pull data under the progress section via api and have it return back to me in a json format. I want to use the data to create my own metrics and dashboards to use when coaching clients. While Trainerize offers some it is lacking and not comprehensive.

  17. Be Able To Put In Your Youtube and Linkedin Profile Links

    There is no option to add your LinkedIn or Youtube profile which is extremely surprising. They are e2 of some of the biggest platforms which should be given the option to the owner to put in their links to their profiles so that people can further use that as social proof.

    Someone like myself who utilizes LinkedIn for clients and YouTube to showcase business features relies on those profiles.
