This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  5. Unmute

    In video calls we can put participants ON mute but we can’t take them OFF mute. I find this very annoying and I would like to be able to control who can talk in group sessions .

  6. Ability to post Educational 10min-1hr videos (Skool.com is a rising competitor)

    We have to be able to post longer videos so that we can teach lessons to our clients

    Skool.com is a rising competitor and it's mainly just a platform to host short and long form content for now

  9. Allow clients to upload videos taken from their own phones, rather than through the Trainerize app.

    Right now clients have to film themselves through the trainerize app. It would be great if they could film on their own phone and edit if need (cropping etc), to then upload to the messaging.

  10. Improve the In-App video call feature for seamless experience

    I conduct online training sessions, previously using Zoom for all classes. However, I recently switched to the In-App video call feature for convenience, despite it being a paid feature. While this feature has streamlined my workflow, there are a few significant improvements that would greatly enhance my experience:

    1. When more than four people join the call, the fifth person is moved to a secondary window, making it challenging to navigate between windows during training sessions. This hinders my ability to monitor clients' progress effectively.

    2. The In-App video feature is highly sensitive to internet fluctuations, resulting in frequent voice lag and…

  12. Fix custom exercise video upload for free trial

    Currently, there is an error when trying to upload mp4s as custom videos for exercises.

    There appears to be an error on the network call to get the upload URL

    You should inform the end user that this is an unsupported feature for the free plan instead of showing a generic "video not uploaded error" in the user interface.

  13. Ability to view all participants in a group class

    I'd love to be able to see all the participants' screens during a group class rather than having to scroll in the middle of class to see them all and check that they're doing okay.
