Remove the 4.22mins long 'Watch getting started video' from customized branded app
Replace or remove the default 'watch getting started video' shown to new clients when logging in. It pops up after the few seconds 'welcome video' when a new client joins and is nearly 4.30mins long!!
This current Trainerize video doesn’t reflect my customised brand or onboarding process. Being able to upload a custom welcome video would help create a more personal experience from the start, especially when paying for it to be personalized.

Get help when the app does not work
Ability to get LIVE help on a call / live chat when the app breaks. For over 3 weeks, the issue hasn't been resolved, and they only respond via email—no live support. Given the price, it's frustrating that they won't offer a refund or proper assistance.

App for self-managed users
I was introduced to this app last year through my wellness coach. She set me up with an account and plan and I loved the ease of use of the app. Some things I found really helped me to push myself was the daily goal checklist, the workout videos and library to swap out exercises, the visibility of tracking, and the integration with other health apps (apple health, watch, and myfitness pal). Change the name of the app from fitness app to your own personal brand name
Change the name of the app. ‘Fitness app’ is tacky and makes my brand look worse. At least give us a few different options if you’re not going to let us fully customize it

Adjust where the "Invite a Friend" Section is on the dashboard
I would like to keep the referal reminder on for clients but have the ability to choose where it is on the app. I would like to move it below my groups and my challenges.
For now Im just going to turn it off because with the new app design it is TOO BIG. I like it better on the legacy app design where it is a small banner rather than a LARGE picture.

Category title on new layout
Remove the title category thats listed under the task on the dashboard. (ie: how it says "workout" underneath where it has the workout that is scheduled for the day)

Yellow
Could I check after the design refresh if the yellow is an accessible colour? In some areas of the app it is much harder for me to read what it is i.e nav bar. I’m relying on muscle memory or the label but in cases like the nav both the label and icon is in a yellow

Being able to add more exercises or sets to a session that's already started

Adjust the Notification Period for Customers
Customers should be able to select a different time each day to receive their habit reminders. My customer has already begun work and eaten before it goes off at 10:00 a.m., so he doesn't have a reminder to weigh in.
Additionally, the earliest communications can only be delivered at 5:00 a.m. through the automated system. At four in the morning, my client would like the mails despatched. hide workout feature
Adding The hide workout feature was extremely useful. The ability to add a client's entire program to his/her training plan and making only the ones you want them to do during a particular cycle is MUCH more effective

Enable the profile page to spell your name correctly
If your surname does not begin with a capital letter your profile name will automatically be changed into a capital - I asked the help desk, they could not resolve it and said I had to ask for it to be an added feature ! I am sure I am not the only person whose surname does not start with a capital letter !!

Trainerize Profile image
On our Trainerize.me profile, the trainer pic and the two lines seems busy. Could we have an option to turn off the trainer pic/two lines so that our background is just our logo? Also, the logo 800x1200, but it squishes the image on mobile when it looks fine on desktop.
