FILES / Informational Tab - Upload informational videos, documents etc
I just want to be able to upload videos or documents (other than exercises) eg: "How to track on MFP", Macros 101, Guide to Supplements, How Fat Loss Works, Which triaining is best for you etc etc.
Because this is an online coaching platform you want to be able to give as much information to the client as possible.
A seperate tab on the overview page would be perfect. And allow clients to be able to access the Files whenever they needed information.
Hi all,
With the new v6 app, you can now record a video message directly from the mobile app, or pick from the camera roll.
You can also attach a file in the messenger.
Thanks for supporting this idea. Your vote has been returned to you to revote up another idea.
One related idea you might be interested in is the ability to send video messages via the web application:

This ABSOLUTELY needs to be added. It not only showcases our expertise as trainers/coaches, but it also differentiates our brand and allows for a more integrated and personal experience for our clients.

Agreed! The ability to add documents to the client’s account AND as an automation to attach to Master Programs (so that they automatically drop into clients Attachments/Docs folder) when they purchase them—total game-changers!

I really would like to know why this feature suggestion is being ignored. It's literally a no-brainer???

1000% needs to be added. We need to educate clients

This is IMO one of the only things missing from the app

This would be epic and save me from having to explore so many other competing softwares!

100% we need to be able to send files. I have set up a separate membership site in order to drip feed content, but giving clients 2 access codes and websites is not ideal at all. We need to be able to send files and upload video as chat for master programs

Allow file sharing via built in chat

You can also Group your clients (however you do that on your end) then paste a link to Google Drive that is shared with the group.

I already do this via my website. There is a members downloads section. They simply log in and download any supplementary reading material right onto their mobile, or they can read in the browser.

Love this. Yes. basically instead of the generic intro video, we should be able to schedule videos to be sent to clients at different stages of their plan

Yes!! Great idea.
Right now, we combine this platform with our website and clients have to visit the membership platform to get docs like this. It'd be great if they could just be loaded to their profiles. -

Yes! This is what I’ve been wanting too - it would make a huge difference!

Also, this might come up as a question rather than a suggestion. I’ve noticed that documents can’t be viewed from the app per se. They have to be downloaded from a computer (or even tablet- haven’t verified yet). So the question/suggestion would be to add the files/document to the mobile version as well. They can have a “View Uploaded Documents” section or something.

Right now I have upload tutorial videos as "exercises" and then have to create a "workout" to put the video in. I am currently doing the same for habits. It works but it's certainly not ideal. One HUGE downside is that the working check-in tracking feature that says how many workouts a client get in is of no real value because the number includes tutorial videos, welcome videos, habits etc.
