Add the ability to use client nicknames in auto field
It would be very convenient and add to the user experience if we could add a client nickname in bio and use that nickname in the auto field for auto messages. This would make auto messages come off more personable and who calls their clients by their first name all the time?

Is true, it makes the auto message more friendly, and I think we have so few votes only because people don't know this idea is open

Yes! My clients can easily tell when it's an auto message as the settings only use their full name.
