I’ve been using the lose it anpp for several years and I have my own recipes in there. It does allow recall of a previous meal. It’s good for foods you use every day at the same meal.

Lose it is far superior to myfitnesspal for nutrition tracking. Its a cleaner design and easy to use. I've been using it for years and recommend it to my clients over myfitnesspal.
