Change Calendar Visibility for Master Programs

Be able to Change Calendar Visibility for Master programs like you can for individuals.

So if a client is subscribed to a Master Plan, the Calendar Visibility setting is controlled by the master program.

    This is important as well as adding more visibility options such as "full program" or x number of weeks where you can choose x
