    This allows us to add create a single "onboarding" phase and add it to the start of existing programs.

    This used to be a feature we had but was "lost" in some upgrade process and I believe just got missed and somewhat forgotten.. It would be nice to get it back.

    I can't believe this isn't something available already. I work in tech, and not having this feature lowers quality of the app itself. This should've been something that was added in the initial release of the platform.

    This needs to happen. It's very frustrating that it is not intuitive enough to rearrange phases in a program.

    This is ridiculous that you cant! I deleted a training phase so that I could redo it better and now I've realised that I cant move them... Very frustrated
