Ability to PAUSE a clients program.
Need to be able to put a pause on a clients program. Say they are away from 2 weeks on vacation, ability to pause for the 2 weeks (or however long) then start back where they left off when they return.
Please!

Can Trainerize please get this feature going asap! Right now we apply a 100% discount in order to pause, but it still issues the credits to the client and we need to remove them by booking fake sessions (since Trainerize doesn't allow us to delete credits - which they need to start doing).

Clients should have autonomy and be able to pause their payments when needed

As well as pausing the subscription

Even better if the client could do it themselves (for class trainings) and we as trainers could set up a fee for it.

This is a critical function that is really need asap. Trainerize is a really good platform to use but this is a huge oversight and one that's needed so much

I agree with this! vacations yes and also when clients are sick. Its nice to pause this instead of having to reshuffle everything.

I understand why we should not advise pausing but I have really messed up trying to do discounts for people who have emergency situations and need to pause. Please make this accessible!

We need this!! It's so inconvenient to have to change start dates and program lengths back and forth.

Please we need this! It should have been there in the first place.
This would include pushing the recurring payments 2 weeks ahead. For example, if the program was put on pause for 2 weeks? As well as workouts, meals, habits, etc.
Thanks! -

I definitely think this needs to be implemented! Many of my clients are older individuals who travel regularly for work or pleasure, and being able to put a hold on their programs is an absolute must. Right now I just have to manually track everything in Excel for them until they're not going away for a while, and what's the point of using Trainerize, then?

Why is this not a thing yet? are the developers on vacation?

It's ridiculous this not a thing! It's basic functionality. Same with pausing direct debits.

I want the clients to be able to pause their programs. I run courses through Trainerize and people do often need pauses. It is unrealistic for me to do adjustments for hundreds of people.

This would be SUPER HELPFUL

Yes yes yesss we need this. I need my clients to see when I'm away and i need to know when they are away on holidays. Defiantly a feature needed.

Yes, this would be an amazing feature. I frequently have clients who take 1 week vacation or they have a business trip and it would be nice to just be able to hit pause on their program and get back to it afterwards. Eventually with a message to let the client know when the pause starts and when it ends so that he/she feels motivated to start again when the program resumes.

I think this is a great suggestion. Im new to this voting platform and this has always been a question Id ask myself and wondered if it were possible. So if we had the ability to pause, that would be absolutely amazing

A Play & Pause button for clients profiles. Its often that clients get sick, go on vacay, take a week off due to life, or more recently gyms close due to covid etc. Instead of having to reset a phase and dates, it would be so much easier to just pause them, and click play when they are ready to start again. and they can pick up where they left off, instead of starting the whole phase over again. This would be a huge asset to a lot of coaches.

So if they are on vacation or sick you can pause and restart

Not changing the start date as they would have already commenced.
Once paused the programme resumes froM where they left. The date should also be flexible so for example they started the master programme and got to week 3 they are the injured and need to pause for 2 weeks. So they would return to week 3 at the last workout they completed.
However if they were not able to return for say an additional week you could increase the pause duration.
This should be possible
On all programmes not just masters. There should also be the option to stop payments until they return?
