Being able to create progress update forms to send to clients weekly/monthy or fortnightly
Instead of having to use a third party to get progress updates from clients, we can do it all in one place, fully customize it and reply to them from that form.

Add a check in or review section, this tab would allow for weekly check in's for clients to review exercise/nutrition logs over the course of time. It could automatically show progress tabs and notes or suggestions for the upcoming week. This may be too much but maybe the ability to create markers track like fiber intake that the coach could enter manually.

Great idea. Would also help if trainers could create custom forms with fillable fields so that they can do functional movement screens and initial assessments in the app.

Most definitely, weekly check in firms for example so we don't have to direct clients to a Google form, all nice and simple within the platform

YES! Forms where trainers can input the questions they want their clients to complete on a weekly basis would be excellent. Similar to gravity forms (Wordpress plugin)

Fix the part for the check in. Even if you check in before you track it still sends a notification to check in later. Why not just make it check in when you track?

in so all is needed is comments since all workouts can be tracked by weight set and reps food can be tracked all you need is our feedback. At the end of the week the app should gerneize check in automatically and require our comments/ feedback . With a send option so it can be sent to our trainer right away
