Is there any update on this? It's becoming incresingly frustrating having to use typeform outside of the app for check ins and hard to keep track. Please update us @ Trainerize.

I have a lot of coach friends that are moving away from Trainerize to streamline the check in processes - some apps have Loom incorporated in their service

Allow Coaches To Create Custom Check-In Forms Which Allow Multiple Inputs Such As Text, Drop Down Boxes, Rating 0-10, Allow Images To Uploaded

Deffo Something That Is On OTher Apps Which We Are Missing Here

We really need to be able to create our own check-in forms to send out to clients. It would be great for them to each have their own check-in section on their profile where each check-in response is stored (like Kahunas). We also need to be able to add them into client calendars on specific days of their programs just like we can for everything else.

Consultation/onboarding form in one with PARQ questions & signing off of terms & conditions (in an easier format than the current consult form - No coding needed and not PDF forms - Don't want clients to have to send things back to me and just be able to fill out when they open the app)

In-App check-in forms (with option to have multiple for different types of clients)

This should be of a HIGH priority to have internal forms

Be able to build a check-in form for my clients and program it into the calendar.

This check in form can include radio/checkboxes, text answers etc. Also it would be great if client could upload his/her workout videos (hi-res) and progress photos (hi-res) in the check in form.

This check-in would be daily or weekly (or the coach can built 2 different forms and assign them to each client with different frequency)

Pretty much like kahunas.

Then the trainer can choose which data needs to see an overview and build a custom dashboard for each client. The data can be from boards that are already included in trainerize (for example nutrition tab) or the can be pulled from the custom check-ins build from coach (for example energy levels, progres pics etc).

This will make check-in much more easier for the client and the trainer.

Right now:
- i use trainerize for workouts and data logging (bodyweight, measurments, nutrition tracking via MFP etc)
- I use a form built from my website to receive check-ins
- Then i use google sheets to combine all this data and present it to my clients in their check-in day

This is very labor intensive and it's all over the place while me and my clients could have it all in one place.

p.s I understand that this one is a very labout intensive process for the ABC programming team, so (if built correctly) it would be a feature that i would be happy to pay extra.

I agree I’m sick of using other things like automated msgs and sending my clients to a form.

The adherence drops off after weeks because it’s to clunky and people forget.

If this was in app it would be just like a workout or task you ask your clients to do.

Sick of this with Trainerize, paying isn’t an issue but I want to pay for what I get. Really considering moving to Everfit they have this down and it’s smooth!

Cmon Trainerize who are you evening targeting as your customer base?

THIS IS A CRITICAL FEATURE!
I've been with trainerize for almost a decade and surprised they havent prioritized this yet.
I, and like many other trainers & large coaching businesses i know, have shopped around and tried other software like Kahunas.io, MyCoachAI, everfit, etc. and while they are missing a couple features, the check in system is the first thing they have.
ive had clients test run the app for me as well and they all loved it. If those companies had the one feature i was missing or needed, i would have moved my entire roster & business over.
and i know of at least 5 companies that HAVE left trainerize and made the switch because of it.
its only a matter of time before the other platforms add in the features they are missing (They are fast to put it into action), and then trainerize will have some major competition on their hands, and could start hemmoraging your client base.
PLEASE prioritize this, so it doesn't take 2 years like voice notes did.
Ill also be posting a link to the FB groups where most people request this, so people can vote on it, and the developers can see how much value this feature will truly have.

Trainerize can simply just copy Kahunas forms and integrate it and it would be perfect.

Prebuild in app consultation forms and check in forms that we can add too, edit, delete, or re- order just like in the Kahunas app. Kahunas does this seamlessly and this feels like something that would be an easy addition to Trainerize that would provide a ton of value for coaches.

Is anyone interested in learning how to send weekly check ins via Zapier? I can make a video tutorial explaining step by step.

This is such a critical feature to running a great coaching business. When will it be added?

I would like the ability for my clients to fill out their check-in forms within the trainerize app rather than building a form elsewhere and sending it to them individually. I think this would be great as then you could customise make each clients check-in form so that they are more specific to each person or just have the ability to easily change the check-in questions,

Now I'm paying over £200pm for Trainerize, it would be nice to have forms in house just like other apps like Lenus, so I don't also have to pay Jotform & type form also. It also makes for a nicer client experience.
