progression spreadsheet
Is it me, when I use the progression spreadsheet and use the customize feature, it does not update on the clients in on the app or online. I can see where I made changes but it does not update at all on their end. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Upvoting this. Super annoying and have been telling them about this for probably over a year. No helpful response for the actual issue. When you create a program, and go to edit the progression schedule you can edit weeks. BUT. If you go back to edit the session and add or remove an exercise, on the progression spreadsheet it will NOT always update. I still currently (as of 1/3/26) deal with this and the last exercise will either be missing or “uneditable” in the spreadsheet. The very annoying fix: unschedule the session for all or the last week where it’s not allowing you to edit and reschedule it. Sometimes it’s fixed. Sometimes not. I would LOVE to provide video of this so it gets promptly fixed.
