Request for Multi-Language Support in Trainerize
Hi team,
I’d like to suggest adding multi-language support to Trainerize, including the most common European languages, such as Dutch, Spanish, German, French, and Italian. While Trainerize is an excellent platform, I’ve noticed that some of my potential clients face challenges using the app because it’s only available in English. This is especially true for older clients or those who feel more comfortable in their native language, and it often leads to losing clients during the onboarding process.
Providing multiple language options for the app interface and automated messages would make the platform more inclusive, allowing trainers to reach a broader audience across Europe. This improvement would significantly enhance the user experience, ensuring all clients fully understand and benefit from the platform.
Thank you for considering this suggestion, and I believe this would greatly improve the accessibility and usability of Trainerize.

Hey I am joining the "we need this" train. I would suggest to add normal translation system to app (create translation function that takes key and returns word bsaed on selected language, this is default for 99% of all apps made).
Then create a page in admin interface that would allow to change/add languages and or words.
That way you leave translation to users, you dont have to translate anything but leave english as default, and everyone can add language as they need. OFcourse if you feel generous, you can add AI helper to help translate or just 1 click translate everything with error margin.Someone else suggested this, but he got copy paste from AI. It is by no means total revamp of everything. It is just encapsulating strings that show on frontend into a function.
Do you guys perhaps hire external contractors to do some software features?

I think that with AI, this would be so much easier and faster to implement. It would require a significant effort over a certain period, but it would be incredibly productive and impactful in the European market—and even globally.
It would simply be a matter of going through each text in the database, adding a translation alongside, and doing the same for hardcoded texts or JSON files. The same process could be applied to other language equivalents. It’s definitely feasible—it’s a full revamp.

FRJe pense qu'avec l'IA ce serait tellement plus simple et rapide a mettre en place. Un gros travail sur une periode mais ce serait tellement productif et porteur sur le marché europeen.. monde.. il suffirait de reprendre chaque texte de la base de données.. et ajouté une translation a coté et les textes en dure ou en json.. faire de meme avec leur equivalence en d'autres langues.. Ca se fait.. c'est une refonte.

Add the option to change the language off the app and software. Either try to integrate it with AI so it could do the translating or add the option for the coach to add custom language and customize every word basically.

I believe a valuable improvement would be to allow trainers the option to manually customize certain interface elements into other languages. Specifically, the ability to translate menu names, button labels, and notification messages would allow us to provide a more accessible and culturally adapted experience for our clients.
This feature would empower us to better connect with non-English-speaking clients by presenting a seamless, fully personalized interface in their native language. In my experience, clients are more engaged and comfortable with a platform that speaks their language, which would likely increase usage and retention rates.
Thank you for considering this feature!

There must be the option of English, Spanish and Portuguese (Br). They are the 3 types of clients that I have and the fact that it is only in English generates rejection and that means that I lose potential clients.

Is it possible to have your app available to clients in Polish? I have clients that speaks either English or Polish, but some of my Polish clients can't navigate the app as it is in Enlgish.

Maybe start with a few of the most popular languages like spanish, french, etc. I have an entire network I cannot reach because they only speak Spanish. Having this feature would allow coaches to grow exponentially and provide more impact for health in this world. I know you can edit titles, and a few small things, but with ai this should be seamless now being able to adjust language preferences.

The app is only available in english. Nowadays it should not be that complicated to be able to select my own language, which is Dutch. But I think it should also be available in German, French etc
