Generate Meal Plans to REDUCE Groceries
When generating a meal plan, try to reduce grocery ingredients needed by re-using the same spices, sides, vegetables and proteins over the week. It would be especially great to re-use items in the next day's snacks or meals by planning 'leftovers'. Example: have salmon for dinner Monday night, and salmon with crackers for snack Tuesday. This will save people time and money.

I would love an automatic leftovers setting. I have some clients who don't want leftovers, and others who thrive on them. Right now they have to set it up themselves or like Destiny said: use a 3 day guide and just double up on it. It would make their lives (and ours) significantly easier.

Please please pretty please. The way it's set up you would need to cook literally every single meal, with no option to batch prep. I'm going to give my clients a 3-day plan and tell them to double some recipes. It would be nice to have this included already though
