Being able to record one's Resting Heart Rate
I would like to track the evolution of the Resting Heart Rate of clients. This metric is useful for different applications and only make sens when you can see its evolution, not when measured once or twice. So the tracking aspect is important.
I would imagine it could be in the Body Stats measurements options as I can see the metrics in the "Progress" tab of a client but they cannot enter the information themselves. But they cannot enter it.
Can you please add the option ?
_ I will link this evolution with another one to be able to ask to enter a specific Body stats, and not every options in Body Stats.
