Ability to label sections or blocks for each workout such as warmup, strength, assistance, skills, mobility, cool down, etc.
Currently there is no distinction between areas/sections of the workout such as warmup, movement prep, strength, assistance, met-con, skills, cool down, mobility/stretching, etc.
It would be great to have the sections labeled or the ability to create a custom area/section.
It would also be great to have templates for each area/section that could be saved and easily placed into the other workouts
For Example:
Warmup:
Rower @ 5 minutes
Movement Prep:
2 Rounds
10 Air Squats
10 Leg Swings
10 KB Swings
10 Lateral Lunges
Strength:
Back Squat 5,5,5,5,5 @ 75%
Assistance:
4 Rounds
10 KB Split Squat
10 KB RDL
Stretch/Mobility:
Foam Roll @ 2 min
Couch Stretch @ 1 min

@trainerize, is this being worked on?

Allow us to post our recorded warm up exercises prior to the session so when our clients log into the sessions 5 mina ahead of time they see 3 to 4 recorded warm up exercises that we selected for them so that they can begin prior to the session. You need more value for the video calls if people are going to pay for that, if not zoom is a free option

One feature other apps have that is really useful is the ability to create reusable blocks within a workout. For example, I have a standard full body warmup that I use for every workout. It would be nice to have a "saved blocks" section of the Master Library. I know I can get around it by saving a template workout with my standard warm up and cool down, but it would be great to build a library of workout modules like specific supersets, circuits, EMOMs etc instead of having to build them out every single time.

When creating a new workout or a new program be able to merge many workouts into one or stack multiple programs one right after an another.

I think what would be great would be an easier way to program / make workouts for clients. I do have templates for clients which makes it easier to program. But I do find that most clients that do custom/individual programs with me have similar issues but are different levels of intensity of what they can handle or do in terms of the exercises/drills.
I would like to see a feature where you could create exercise blocks/supersets separately from a program. This could be in a superset/circuit/etc. with all sets/reps/rest already made. That way when you're building a program for a client, you could pick and choose from your already customized exercise blocks and just plug them into a program instead of having to choose a template program and ungroup a superset/circuit and search for a different exercise for that particular client then recreate the whole superset/circuit again.
This would eliminate a lot of extra clicks and hassle of building a customized program and would make creating a program a whole heck of a lot easier and faster.

This would be awesome

Would also be great to be able to comment on an entire section. For example “Strength section - push yourself on weight but not time. Take all the rest you need” or “circuit - the idea is to keep moving quickly the whole time. Choose a weight that will allow you to move through the entire circuit continuously without breaks”

I have several specific circuits that I use that I want to drag and drop into workouts that I'm building for clients. The combination of the circuits isn't always the same, so I don't want to build 100 different workouts with each possible combination.

I'm surprised that this hasn't been acted on yet? I'm very interested in this feature.

When it comes to building programs, 90% of the stuff applies to all clients, but being able to quickly throw in specific joint mobility routines or warmups for problems that come and go would make this much easier.
Essentially, in the same way that you can build out a list of "master exercises" and "Master workouts", If you were to make a selection option for “mobility” that linked to a custom list in the exact same theme as the workout list, you could create a simple solution that works across the board.
You’ve already done it with “cardio activity” to make that easy to add to. Repeating the same process for any type of warmup/cool down/mobilization/Massage would accomplish the same thing while delineating between the main “workout” and the extra movement additions someone may need.
You don’t have to preload the list like you do for Cardio, but you can create a section under the master libraries for “Mobility” and “Cardio” that let us create our own routines for each category that we can draw from and assign quickly in the calendar view across multiple programs and clients.

While building circuits within each workout, the ability to name it would be awesome. When the new circuit starts, it would say (WARM UP CIRCUIT) or (COOL DOWN CIRCUIT) so the client is prepared for what each circuit will entail before it starts.

This, together with changing the way we can build our workouts will be a big step forward.
I think this would also solve the request on being able to have a "Multi-modal workout" where you can add circuit, interval and regular training phases within the same workout. -

I'd like to schedule warmups/mobility and cooldown routines in the calendar when creating programs. Just like the way a workout/cardio/body stat/photos is scheduled on the calendar.

This is a great idea. Some clients would really find it useful to know which section is meant to just be preparation for the next exercise(s).
