AI Training Focus Automations
Coaches can select various AI-powered training focus automations for their client’s programs:
Progressive Overload: AI adjusts reps, sets, and weight progression automatically based on client performance. The system increases the intensity over time to ensure the client is continuously improving.
Auto-Regulated Training (RPE/Fatigue): The AI guides the client to adjust the intensity of their workout by suggesting the appropriate number of reps and weight to use based on their perceived exertion (RPE) or fatigue level.
Muscle Endurance Focus: For endurance training, the AI sets higher rep ranges (12-20+ reps) with lighter weights for improving muscular endurance.
Strength Focus: When focusing…5 votes -
Clarify & Separate pre-populated from current data
Have pre-population with previous stats be:
- different font, so clearly differentiated from the data you enter this session
- do NOT have pre-populated data overwrite when you scroll up and down, as it does now. (you lose track of where you were if you scroll to see next set on a rest, then you go back to your exercise to see it all fully populated! Very frustrating)1 vote -
Return ability to drag and highlight exercise notes without dragging the whole exercise
We used to be able to drag and highlight notes in the exercise notes box without dragging the entire exercise around with it. Why'd that change? Now takes me much longer to write exercise notes longer than 30 characters.
v7.158 was fine, not sure if this issue arose after v7.161 or the latest version.2 votes -
Add an RPE scale to the exercises on the workout.
I want to get cleints to work to an RPE Scale and % of max weight, instead of just reps and weight.

add cardio activity - golf
Under the cardio tab there are all kinds of sports but golf is not one of them. Golf is the main part of my coaching so it would be awesome to have golf as a cardio option. Thank you!

Add "incline walking" as an activity
Currently, the only option similar to this would be "walking", but walking at a slow pace on a flat incline is very different than a fast pace on a moderate/heavy incline. Incline or power walking should be added to activities as a cardio option.

Ability to Adjust Workout Progressions through Calendar!
When viewing the client's calendar, it would be helpful to click on the assigned workout and adjust the progressions through there rather than having the only option being through the progression tab. For example, if I assign a client a leg day on Mondays I would click on the calendar and select the leg day workout and adjust the weights, reps, etc through there.

Master Programs - Pausing
Adjusting client having off week without disturbing the program.
Being able to alter a specific clients master program without having to 'change duration' and have their program restart. A client of mine was sick and took a week off. However I need her to complete the week off before progressing in her program.
This needs to be an addition to the app.

Ability to turn on/off clients being able to leave comment on a workout
For those that do not do custom programming and have more generic programs for clients, it would be nice to turn off the ability for clients to leave a comment. Some ask questions there and expect a coach to respond.

Weekly workout builder
Weekly Workout Builder
Have a weekly overview option when building out a workout program.Would make building custom programs much more manageable.
As of now I’m having to build in excel first to be able to see my weekly overview without having to toggle back and forth through the workouts.

Better master programs
Do I just not know how to use the premade master programs ? It seems like there’s ONLY a handful and they only have a few workouts in them which are barely l enough effort for clients who know what they’re doing. I’m expecting a bit more than “ weeks 1-3” and only like three workouts lol essentially I want actual programs outside of the ones I’m making myself.

Allow clients to rate individual exercise RPE rather than just the workout as a whole
currently clients can only rate the overall workout
but what if they find one exercise quite easy (say, RPE 5) and another quite difficult (say, RPE 10)
now they can type this out in a separate chat or add it to the comments, but that's not very convenient especially considering they'll be in the middle of a workout
So why not have a feature where after they complete their final set of any given exercise, a screen pops up with a sliding scale asking them to rate the RPE for that exercise (i.e. for the last set)

Deload week toggle
Have an option for a deload week within a program or at least a so that their weight and reps are not recorded as what they did the last week. Sometimes I do specific muscle group deloads and will accidentally do the weight shown as my last weight so this could be also be fixed by showing the last two weeks instead of just the last week next to the exercise. Or at least a notes section next to each exercise to record that you did a different tempo, used a different attachment etc. so we know why they were…

Client exercise substitutions should carryover through the program
We have some one-on-one clients and we have some autonomous clients that work with us through our branded app. A bulk of the friction feedback that we receive from our autonomous clients is that when they make exercise substitutions in a OnDemand program, they do not carry forward into the subsequent weeks. They have to continue to make the substitution week after week. This is small but it also seems like a poor user experience.
Does anyone else think it would be a good idea to have user substitutions carry forward through the program, especially if they're based on accessibility?

Workout Readiness Score
When you client is ready to begin their workout, having a check list of sleep, soreness, mood, energy, stress will greatly help with feedback and tracking over the course of the program/training block.

Ability to copy a WOD from calendar to master library
It would be super awesome to be able to create a wod in a client's calendar and then be able to copy and save that to the master library for future use. Building a program or sitting down at the computer to create a workout isn't always ideal and time efficient.

Walking/ Running up AND DOWN stairs
Walking up and down stairs, or running up and down stairs, for strengthening and conditioning for hiking and life in general, as well as rehab in some cases, even a few minutes walking slowly backwards on the treadmill works, if starting slow and using the sides for balance. Preparing someone for the ASCENT is all good and well but the DESCENT is the killer, ask any ultra distance runner of the comrades which is worse, the up or down run? the same can be said for hiking and tactical work, as well as rehabilitation.

My client asks: "Can you separate the timer button from the dots that start the video . About 50% of the time I’m trying to start the timer
Can you separate the timer button from the dots that start the video. My client says that about 50% of the time she's trying to start the timer but activates the video screen instead. They are VERY close together. Thank you for considering.
