exercise library tags
Can you please make the exercise library tags customizable with the ability to add our own? The way each trainer uses these tags will be different, and what they're tagging may be different. This would help so much in being able to organize/filter exercises when programming. Thanks!

Add steps to Walking cardio workout
Since we can't connect to many apps and Android phones, my clients need to be able to enter steps manually. Please add "Steps" under Cardio -> Walking-> Time, Distance, Max Speed, Incline, Total Calories.

When a client is subscribed to a program, I should be able to send the plan for just them without needing to change the original program

In custom exercises, have a seconds x reps option for interval training
When creating custom exercises, having a reps x seconds option for interval training. Reason being, is I am currently unable to use the progression spreadsheet for programming different progressions of conditioning/interval training and the only work around I have found is to create the conditioning exercise as though it's a strength exercise (reps x weight) and explain in the notes that the weight is seconds, which can cause confusion for some clients. This is the only way I can change both the number of seconds an interval is and the number of reps to do in the progression spreadsheet without…

Larger Box for Workout Notes, Tips ETC
The box is small when programming. It doesn’t show the whole text meaning typos can be made to often. It just needs a section similar to this post idea box where I can write it all. See my paragraph, then goes back to normal.

We need more room for feedback from clients. There should be an area where they can give feedback next to the exercise like rating RPE
Next to each exercise in a workout there should be a feedback note tab where they can write in RPE or even submit videos of them performing the exercises for video review. This would be a great feature for coach care and accountability/feedback.

Workouts that include cardio
There should not be a limit of 30 minutes if I would like to create a workout that includes running or any cardio activity. The time should be a unlimited amount and not set.

Clear Workout Structure with Expandable Sections
Clear Workout Structure with Expandable Sections
It would be a great improvement to have clearly labelled tabs or sections for parts of the workout — such as:
• Warm-up
• Pre-fatigue
• Main Exercise/Focus
• Strength
• Conditioning
• Circuits
• CooldownHow it could work:
• Each section would be clearly named so clients immediately know what they’re looking at.
• Sections could be collapsible (stackable), meaning once a client finishes a part, they can minimise it.
• When a client first opens their workout, they would only see the key sections — helping the workout feel clear, focused,…24 votes -
the interval workout structure should automatically play the video so client does not have to hit pause and play video
ideally with the interval workout structure the video should automatically play 1x for the client especially for those that need video guidance. For clients that don't need to watch the video then there should be an option to turn that off. Now after the video plays 1x which should be during the rest time between exercises then the voice comes on to tell client to start and when to stop the exercise. Who agrees with me?

Client should not have to hit pause to watch video in the Interval workout structure
Ideal app would have the interval workout structure set up to automatically start the video and let it play (this would allow clients to review exercise during the rest time before executing the exercise) The client should have the option to stop video in case they already know the exercise. The video should only play one time and then stop so that the client can enter in their reps, lbs etc for progress tracking. Perhaps it would be great if the next video won't play until client has entered in their reps, ibs etc (will make the client more accountable…

HYBRID ATHLETE PROGRAM
Hybrid athletes have now taking over fitness. With a mix of body building/Resistance training and running, many run clubs are promoting it (Founder of Fit To Inspire Run Club here). Both training program benefit each other to becoming a better and stronger runner but and overall fit athletes. What I'm suggesting is adding videos and longer instruction to the "Cardio" workout so we can make the running program as an add on to the master body building program. As of now I'm making the running portion as a workout (5K, 10K, Half, & Full 16 week program) I would like…

Deleting things from plan
When you delete an assigned activity like badminton or swimming from a clients plan in bulk for multipe weeks, you need to delete the whole cardio section instead of just 1 particular activity.
There should be a way to only delete a particular activity rather than whole cardio section.

Exercise Demonstration videos: short clip, swipe along for a longer detailed breakdown of the exercise clip
Exercise Library Feature Idea
First off, it’s awesome that we can upload our own exercises — it’s a huge plus for personalising coaching programs.
I wanted to share an idea that could make the exercise library even better, both for users and for the growth of the app.The idea:
When someone views an exercise, they could first see a quick 20–30 second demo video — just enough to jog their memory about what the exercise looks like.
Then, by swiping or tapping, they could open a second, longer video that gives a full breakdown of how to do the…1 vote -
substitute exercise options
Progression and Regression Exercise Suggestions
One great feature in the app right now is the ability to substitute exercises — it’s really useful when someone needs to make a quick change.
To make it even better, it would be great if we could suggest specific regressions and progressions for each exercise. For example:
• If someone can’t do a full press-up, they could be guided to regress to a wall press-up or box press-up.
• If they find it too easy, they could progress to weighted press-ups or more advanced variations. How it would help:
• Instead of clients randomly…1 vote -

✅️ Put a checkbox next to each set for easy mid-workout tracking (to-do style)
Similarly to a to-do app, the ability to mark a finished set (which then automatically turns into a different shade of colour) would make the tracking much more visible and user friendly.
