Replace/Add new upper body foam rolling exercises
I want to do mobility workouts for my clients and for the foam rolling the form is worse than horrible. For some of them the person demonstrating rolls all over his low back. And for other, the "chest foam rolling", couldn't be worst, the guy rolls from his armpits all the way down his chest, and first, that's not how you roll your pecs, and second, that is no possible to do for a woman for obvious reasons. Allow clients to live stream their own workout so their trainer can offer advice and tips remotely.
Basically any client could have the option to do their own live stream so that their assigned trainer can pop in to see what they're doing and give them advice and tips on how to improve form and/or offer different modalities to the workouts they are doing for an added challenge.

Automatically calculate bar weights
Automatically calculate bar weight for barbell exercises. Eg. target weight is 115 lbs, Olympic bar weighs 45 lbs, add 35 lbs per side.

Make a checklist option so the client can mark off the exercise after they do it. Women LOVE checklists! I cant believe yall dont have it or maybe you do and I'm missing it.

Time customization
Something I would love to see is the ability to completely customize times/ time targets. From 0 sec to however long I need it to be. Not 10 minutes then 15. I want 11 through 14 minutes too.

Barre/pilates moves/movements to be added .
Is there a way to add pilates like or Barre like moves. I do alot of "activation" moves that incorporate these moves.

Ability to upload links to YouTube exercise videos in the app for custom exercises.
Currently I am not able to input a link to YouTube exercise videos in the app for my custom exercises. This would be a great addition to the app so I can upload YouTube links for exercises on the go.

Custom Interval Times
Although there are few threads regarding doing different interval times, I think it would be extremely beneficial to enter our own custom times. I have clients that do HIIT sessions and they progressed by approximately five seconds per week for each set. However, the application only allows you to jump from 60 to 90 seconds. This makes it very difficult to make a customized program

Adding/subbing exercises
Possible note for app enhancement: currently if I change or add an exercise to just one round of a circuit, it adds/substitutes for the ENTIRE circuit. If I wanted to add an exercise or sub an exercise on the last round it'll change it for the entire set even if I didn't do that exercise the entire set.

since the app is made for phone, I suggest to have vertical videos for the exercices so the clients doesnt need to turn his phone everytime or looking at it is smla part of the screen on top.

The aerobic workouts can't be customized enough to what I do. I need more space to write out the specifics of aerobic workouts.
Can you please add a cell in the aerobic workouts where I can write out the specifics of each aerobic workout? They are VERY specific for my clients and often include pace, HR, time, and trail type. Also, they are more specific than just running. Tempo, track intervals, treadmill intervals, steady state, hill work uphill, hill work downhill, etc.

Easy Upload Videos From Phone
Right now it’s SO glitchy. We have filmed 1,000 workout demonstration videos and would like to upload them however they take YEARS and half of them won’t upload. Please smooth this out.
