Auto messages and emails should support more than one language.
Automated messages and mails can only be send in one language. If my client doesn't speak the standard language he should get the option to automatically change it to his language.

Be able to communicate with clients using your phone & not have to use the desktop version
Be able to message clients using a "coaches" app or integrate some sort of feature into the app where you can message clients on the go and not have to go to the computer every-time you need to reach-out/reply

Scheduled/pending auto messages appear in chat with client to avoid repeating things by mistake
Example: auto message on day 3 prompts client to connect their wearable fitness tracker, but they already did or you already talked about that with them. Please give the option to 1) see scheduled messages in chat and 2) ability to cancel auto message for specific client, without having to turn off the auto message for all clients in settings, then have to remember to turn it back on once the day passes.

Update to "Groups" Messaging Software
So, after using Trainerize for a little bit here I wanted to throw my idea into the wind for some changes to the messaging software in the "groups" tab.
This will be a little long, so please bare with me.
1️⃣ FIRST - Summary Tab
▪️ It would be great if we could add in a little description that can communicate whatever we need to our group of people (as seen in the photo link).

Messaging Arrows for TraCking
When I open up messages to see what clients have messaged me, it is not obvious who sent the last message after you’ve opened a client message.
It’d be nice if there was a way to see if the last message in a conversation was incoming or outgoing when I am scrolling through at the end of the day to make sure I didn’t miss any messages that I may have read and never replied to.

The ability for the coach to comment/reply on videos or pictures to comment on technique, form or something else along those lines
In messages, clients or athletes can send videos or pictures on technique, form, nutrition, or something else. It would be great if the coach could "reply" to that picture or video to have a comment or reply attached to the media the client sent.

Have workout completes and comments come through in the general chat. It’s confusing for clients to navigate to different tabs for communications about their workouts

Have video upload instructions or tips in Trainerize messages.
Many of my clients have issues uploading videos for form check. They don't know that they need to keep the messages below 20MB until after they filmed the movement. Having some tips or instructions would improve the messaging experience and would greatly reduce frustration. I personally have to answer questions about this at least 3x per week.

send auto message when a client first signs up
When setting up a new product for purchase it would be so helpful to be able to schedule an auto message on that product's automation. Just like we can auto-tag the client, assign them to a trainer, set up the client type, attach pdf, etc on the first purchase. So when a client purchases that new product they will automatically be sent a message pertaining to that specific product.
