This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    Be able to use a link compressor to clean up messages/and other coaching media and not have the bogged down, "busy" appearance that occurs when linking products from Amazon, or folders to Google Drive

  2. edit auto messages without having to copy and paste and delete

    Currently, to edit an auto message you need to copy the current one, delete it, paste, then edit. It would be great to edit directly.

    Small idea I know but surprisingly I keep having clients asking for it for the quick reply. Also the 💪🏼💪🏿💪 would be great.

  5. Chat bubbles instead of banners

    It would be very helpful to view the chats in staggered bubbles (like imessage) rather than paragraph banners.
    it would also be helpful to have the ability to respond to a particular message in a thread like WhatsApp and the new iMessage feature.

  6. Toggle auto-messaging on or off for a custom client type

    the auto messages are great but it would be much better if we could turn them on/off for individual clients instead of all or nothing

  7. Automated messages

    If you have products set for Monday and they sign up a week or days before, for the automated messages to differentiate when to send the 3rd or 7th day of signing in to active or pending clients.

  8. Ability to mass message from mobile app

    Why can’t we send a mass message from the IPhone app? Select multiple clients and send a message. It only works from the web based site?

  10. Messenger Chatbox

    Have a similar feature to Facebook where you can access your messages on any page. It's a hassle switching back and forth to messages amongst doing other things. Having chat boxes in the bottom right would be so convenient.

  11. Body of Comments show up in Overview without having to click to open.

    Comments text shows up in the overview page without having to click on them. Right now it shows up as ____ added 1 comment. And we need to click on it to see. It would be great to just be able to see it. 1 less step!

    Or have the workout comments populate aswell inside of messages to consolidate.

  16. Option to Change the Date of Auto-Messages

    I have auto check in messages set up in my Master program calendars.

    Sometimes, because of client's scheduling, their exercise days don't fall on Monday-> Friday so I have to move the auto-messages.

    To change the sequence of messages, I have to create new Auto-Messages into their calendar and delete the old ones.

    It would be much easier to have an option of where I can open the prior scheduled auto-messages, and have them rescheduled to a different date.

  19. Set away time and mutes messages on off-work hours

    I have a client that messages me at all hours of the night. Being able to mute these messages so I don’t get notified & can just see them in the morning.
