Ability for clients to use Google Pay
Instead of having clients type in their credit card, allow them to use Google Pay.

Allow clients to update payment info/cancel WITHIN the mobile app
Even though they can cancel/update payment info through the website version of the app, no one understands this and it is confusing. Especially for custom branded apps.
I currently have to either step them through the process of logging into the web version and finding where to cancel or update info, or (most often) just do it myself.
There is also no direct link to the web version when they click on the "Payment Information" and "My Purchases" under the MORE screen. It simply says "Please sign in through the web app to manage your payment information".

Allow free trial option with credit card
This is good to get new customers to sign up themselves. People would like to try before spending their money. A few days or one week free trial will be an awesome feature.

Clients self pause subscription
If a client goes on vacation, they should be able to self-pause their subscription without having to contact us to do it.

Recurring payments come out on the 1st of the month
Have the option for all recurring payments to come out on the 1st of each month. Currentl, there is the option for payments to come out on a fixed date, one time or recurring from the date of payment. For the purpose of monthly tracking, it would be handy to have the option for recurring payments to come out on a particular date of every month.

Automatic tax calculation for online businesses
I am a trainer that sells my services online, where my clients can come from anywhere. I need to set my location, and have the app to be able to detect the buyer's city/state/country and apply the correct taxes for my business.

Accept cryptocurrency as a form of payment.
Maybe this is too ambitious, but...Adding cryptocurrency as an option to pay for workout programs would set Trainerize apart from competitors. It would help demonstrate a commitment to innovation and staying current with changing technology and could also attract more high-paying clients. This can be incorporated in a few ways such as connecting to an exchange called Coinbase Commerce.

Flexible core/add on product pricing and term lengths
Having the ability to create one package type and be able to sell that same package with a different duration and/or invoice amount.
Right now I am currently having to create new products each time because either the next client we sell has a different duration than the previous client OR they put more cash down up front to have a lower monthly payment. Instead of being able to sell one (Hybrid package) and set terms and pricing accordingly, I am having to create new products, price points and terms. Very hectic

Add ability to bill in Vietnam
Please adding Vietnam to Payment Gateway. It is a huge market in Vietnam. 95 millions people and and 40,000 personal trainers. also about 3000 gym centers. I myself have 9 gym centers. Extremely needed the Payment Gateway

Allowing for card swiper to be paired to computer/mobile to take credit info (i.e. in gym for membership)

failed payment retry interval
Currently, the system tries failed payments after 3 days and then after an additional 5 days.
This is total of 8 days without payment. Way too long regardless of the product.
For a program/product that is being charged weekly that puts it already on a second invoice failing.
Needs to at least change it to three tries one day after the other. The best is to let us define the time for each retry, and enable manual charge (i.e. you talk to the customer and they update their credit card info, and then you charge them the due invoice).10 votes -
Ability to add custom tax rates to our packages
I think it would be a huge benefit to have the ability to add custom tax rates to Trainerize Pay. For example, here in Ontario, I would add a tax rate of 13% for our HST. This would then allow me to market programs for $99 plus tax, instead of $111.87.

Ability to recharge a failed/decline payment after credit card was updated
Sometimes a person's card was lost or stolen and cannot upload new info in time and the system will not allow us manually to charge a declined card after they have uploaded a new card.

Reminder and Request message that asks the client to approve a payment before it goes through
My clients get frustrated because with automatic payments there's no notification that they're about to be billed and I'm not notified either. I have to keep a separate calendar on Google to make sure I'm aware of payments going through. Notifications on both sides (admin and client) and a request to confirm with the client that they want to authorize the transaction a few days before billing would be incredible.
