This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    The ability to pull a report of how may sessions (including type of session) each trainer conducts for the pay period for payroll purposes.

  4. Later payment withdrawal date

    Have clients sign-up and have payment come out at a later date that suites clients needs.

  5. Ability to recharge a failed/decline payment after credit card was updated

    Sometimes a person's card was lost or stolen and cannot upload new info in time and the system will not allow us manually to charge a declined card after they have uploaded a new card.

  8. Ability for clients to pay subscriptions via ACH

    I want to pay my subscription via my bank account directly by entering bank information.

  9. Allow clients to update payment info/cancel WITHIN the mobile app

    Even though they can cancel/update payment info through the website version of the app, no one understands this and it is confusing. Especially for custom branded apps.

    I currently have to either step them through the process of logging into the web version and finding where to cancel or update info, or (most often) just do it myself.

    There is also no direct link to the web version when they click on the "Payment Information" and "My Purchases" under the MORE screen. It simply says "Please sign in through the web app to manage your payment information".

  10. Add one off purchases on top of weekly recurring charges

    If someone is on a regular recurring weekly payment but they want to add another product, currently I have to cancel that product, process the single payment and then have them reaccept the weekly product.

  11. Multiple invoicing

    I have clients in recurring invoices that then want to buy extras that would require a separate one time invoice. It would be nice being able to send additional invoices as needed even if someone is already on a recurring invoices set up.

  12. Add ability to bill in Vietnam

    Please adding Vietnam to Payment Gateway. It is a huge market in Vietnam. 95 millions people and and 40,000 personal trainers. also about 3000 gym centers. I myself have 9 gym centers. Extremely needed the Payment Gateway

  13. Reminder and Request message that asks the client to approve a payment before it goes through

    My clients get frustrated because with automatic payments there's no notification that they're about to be billed and I'm not notified either. I have to keep a separate calendar on Google to make sure I'm aware of payments going through. Notifications on both sides (admin and client) and a request to confirm with the client that they want to authorize the transaction a few days before billing would be incredible.

  14. On purchase of product, able to automate giving of goals

    On purchase of a product, be able to automatically add new goals like

    - Automate log your first meal
    - Log your first workout
    - Do a recipe

  15. Accept cryptocurrency as a form of payment.

    Maybe this is too ambitious, but...Adding cryptocurrency as an option to pay for workout programs would set Trainerize apart from competitors. It would help demonstrate a commitment to innovation and staying current with changing technology and could also attract more high-paying clients. This can be incorporated in a few ways such as connecting to an exchange called Coinbase Commerce.

  16. Option for Product link to be temporarily unavailable

    There is a toggle switch for the Trainerize.me page. The same thing could be done for the link as an On/Off switch. I have a product link I have put in many places however I am now worried about too much traffic/can't take more clients. However if I delete this product/link I will have to manually go everywhere to replace the old link(I've been plugging this link for 3 months on podcasts, youtube vids, websites, social medias etc etc) with the new link when I'm ready to take new clients.     The default message for failed payments is both impersonal and harshly worded. Providing access to customise the message would allow for better communication to clients who have had a failed payment.

  18. Ability to make phone number field required during sign up.

  19. Allow in-app sign ups and seamless in-app purchases via AppStore or PlayStore

    My business has a significant amount of people trying to download my app and they're blocked from signing up.

    Also, after that, they cannot upgrade to a paid plan in-app.

    We are ok with the app stores taking 15% of the commission as it outweighs the loss in business of people not being able to seamlessly sign up.

  20. Clients self pause subscription

    If a client goes on vacation, they should be able to self-pause their subscription without having to contact us to do it.
