The ability to back charge clients for services and access to the app when cards decline.
Clients who wait to update their payments should be back charged for the access. When the client gets kicked out and signs back up they essential receive access for the days that their payments don't go through. I have a client who took longer to update her info because she couldn't do it on her phone through the app. We had to resign her back up which created a new due date. She rarely accesses the desktop version. I would've updated her payment information for her but that doesn't seem possible either.

Ability to lock a client in for a contract term for installments
I want to be able to take x monthly payments for period and lock the client in once they've agreed to the product.

Automatically distribute clients to trainers
We have a sign up page but I want to automatically assign clients in a round robin way to a bunch of trainers so I don't need to do it manually.

Allowing for card swiper to be paired to computer/mobile to take credit info (i.e. in gym for membership)

Ability to enter in a privacy policy for each Trainerize Pay product
Each product is different at our gym and we'd like to be able to customize the privacy policy for each product on our Trainerize account. Entering it in the product description box is not an ideal solution.

Analytics within the app that shows how many clients converted from a free trial to a paid product
I'd like to be able to track which products are the most successful in up-selling clients to more expensive products. If my free 14 day trial isn't up-selling clients into custom plans or boot camps, but my nutrition plan is showing more success in up-selling clients to those higher plans, I want to be able to keep track of this data.

failed payment retry interval
Currently, the system tries failed payments after 3 days and then after an additional 5 days.
This is total of 8 days without payment. Way too long regardless of the product.
For a program/product that is being charged weekly that puts it already on a second invoice failing.
Needs to at least change it to three tries one day after the other. The best is to let us define the time for each retry, and enable manual charge (i.e. you talk to the customer and they update their credit card info, and then you charge them the due invoice).17 votes -
show sale amount in sales section and in customer info
In order to see what was charged you need to go to payment, sales, and enter the specific sale. Should show in the list of sales, and should show in the client's account by the product they purchased (sales amount can be discount etc. should show the actual amount that was charged).

Terms and conditions per product
Currently terms and conditions can be only generic in the welcome email - but they often should be different for different products. Should be able to have different documents for different products.

I am a trainer that sells my services online, where my clients can come from anywhere. I need to set my location, and have the app to be able to detect the buyer's city/state/country and apply the correct taxes for my business.

Basket option on Trainerize Pay
Allow customers the option to add to a basket before checkout for add on features. Currently transactions have to be done separately which can result in loss of sales

Possibility payment through gocardless?
Not shure if it was mentioned..
This Option would be Great, as i already have a member Setup payment with gocardless for my gym.(My gym software is BoxChamp)

PLEASE ADD TRAINERIZE PAY TO THE BAHAMAS or make it easier to set up product sale without it in the Bahamas
I do not have Trainerize pay in my country and it's making it very hard `to set up product pricing. once you enter your country you can not change and my clients are excited about the app. Please if you can set this up asap I would greatly appreciate it. Or provide another course of action. PS DONT SAY ZAPIER
