This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Increase the range on the sales history chart

    Increase the range on the sales history chart to 1 year, 2 year, 5 year... lifetime... etc. It would be great to compare annual sales now that Trainerize Pay has been around more than one full year.

  2. Allow owners to attribute a sale to a trainer or coach for commission payouts

    The owner of a Trainerize account would have one Trainerize Pay account but be able to create payouts for their trainers based on the products they sold that month, etc.

  4. Affiliate System - Proportion of purchase going to affiliate partner if someone purchases through a unique link

    Provide associates with unique links to your products. If they promote your product and someone buys it through their unique link, the purchase money is split into pre determined %'s to you and the person who sold the product for you.

  5. Have a starter guide with some price points for how to start

    Some trainers are having trouble setting price points. It would be great if you have a starter guide with a basic suggested, pre set packages and prices, they would have the option to use it until they get on their feet.

    Some of us are not good at marketing and feeling out areas for pricing. some money, is better than no money, with your help, we can be more successful. It would be an option they could use, and opt out of in the future.

  6. Ability to pause, freeze or pro-rate a payment to accomodate vacations and time-off

    Ability to pause, freeze, pro-rate or change payment date of client's next invoice payment date instead of cancelling their plans and restarting.

    This is to acomodate when clients want to go on vacation, are sick or have any other time off.

  10. Integrate payment with wordpress or woocommerce

    Would love to be able to charge from my website, but using my Trainerize Pay/Stripe account. Just a simple plugin where I would enter my API to connect the two together, then select which product the purchase button would be linked to.

  11. Add a referral section for clients to refer friends to sign up to your service

  12. Charge USD as opposed to what my bank account is in.

    I’m based in the U.K. but most of my clients are in the USA. Can I charge them in USD as opposed to the currency my bank is in? If you can change how it shows up based on the client country it would be easier to sell. What options might be available?

  14. Add the ability to redirect new buyers to a specified page after purchasing.

    One example: A new client pays for a coaching program then is immediately redirected to my calendly page to schedule a consultation.

    They could also be directed to an upsell page with more coaching add-ons.

    One more, be redirected to a document page to sign par-q's waivers, etc...

  16. Ability to mark payment as completed to record offline through cash, cheque, Zelle, Venmo payments

    The ability to record "OFFLINE" payments like cash, check/cheques, Venmo/Zelle/Interac/Revolut in Trainerize Pay to allow for better invoicing tracking. Being able to track payments for online/offline clients would make the business side of things easier to manage.

  17. Charge Late fee for missed payments

    I have some clients that consistently miss payments. In order to curb this behaviour i would like the ability to add a missed payment fee after the 2nd or third attempt (or attempt of my choosing).

  18. Subscription Revenue Forecasting or better exports by membership type

    Allow trainerize pay users to see a revenue forecast of what's expected to come in the coming weeks/months/quarter/year etc.

    Or at least make it easier to export my current subscriptions by membership type so I can run different models for revenue projections.

  19. Ability to have a subscription start and end on a specific date

    When someone signs up for a subscription plan, rather than having it start immediately or on a specific date for all people, have it start when that person's current plan ends. Or allow me to set the start date for each client as they sign up. I currently use my website to pull in new clients but I'd like to sign them up with subscriptions after they have trained with me for a month. When they start their plan will be different from when they pay and I would like more control over that.
