Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Increasing the number of attendees without creating a new product

    I had to recreate my products, resell them, pretty much redo everythig form selling to setting up classes just because I can increase the number of people attending a class. this feature should be simple in a product and not this complicated

  4. clients can schedule up to the appointment time or until 2 hours before

    Booking appointments- we have the ability to allow clients to book appointments up to the class time or 2 hours before- I suggest allowing us to allow clients to book 1 hour before the class time

  5. Allow to block time off before a class

    This would allow 10-15 minutes for people to arrive and settle into the class before it starts, and no personal training clients could book an appointment that ends right when the class starts. so it would allow a little lap over for the last client to leave and the people for the class to arrive.

  7. Show clients name first, instead of appointment type.

    Set the clients name as the start of the preview
    At the moment each appointment description begins with the appt. type and I have to hover over the appointment to see the clients name. This means that when the appointments are integrated into an external calendar (google calendar for me) all I see is "45min PT session" so would be nice to see the clients name first.

  9. A calendar that shows the availability of multiple trainers in the same view

    We’re a personal training company and we have a staff member who is responsible for scheduling training appointments and consultations. This person needs to be able to see the availability of all of the coaches in a single calendar view to book appointments with clients and prospects

  10. Calendar view when booking appointments

    Instead of having a scrolling calendar when booking 1-1 appointments it would be much easier to be able to see a calendar view so that the day of the week is visible too. I often have to switch over to my iCal to check which day a certain date falls on.

  11. Sub-categoy for group classes

    Allow to add sub-category to a class. such as Strength, Cardio, HIIT, hot yoga or vinyasa, etc and allow clients to see what this sub-category is when booking. for example I offer strength and metabolic classes. but there is no way of posting the schedule of which day is what and clients cant see when booking a class

  12. Calendar Conflicts

    It would be good for the booking function to check for calendar conflicts in the same way Calendly does. Either that or a zap created to allow clients to book through calendly then the zap books their slot within Trainerize.

    The sync function only copies Trainerize calendar entries into iCal whereas it would be good if Trainerize could check for conflicts and therefore only show available slots. I'm aware you can set availability but to do this for every single day (adding in any adhoc appts the trainers might have) is time consuming.

  14. Dollar icon

    Sometimes I'll switch between paid and free classes. I need to see at a glance whether it's a paid class on my schedule. Instead I have to go into the class and edit it to see. Please just add a dollar icon in the schedule on the very right just like with all other client calendar icons

  16. Edit Scheduled Classes Repeat Options

    CX would like the ability to open a scheduled Class Event and edit the repeat option. For example, if they scheduled a Class Event to repeat every Monday for 12 weeks, they would like to be able to click on any of the scheduled blocks and edit the repeat options (extend the duration, add additional dates).

  18. Running monthly tally on PT sessions delivered

    We run a personal training studio. All of our trainers work on commission of sessions delivered. At present we use client sign off sheets to moniter sessions delivered. We would like to see a change so that when a client buys session credits, and uses them to book a session. There is a running total on each trainers profile to show how many sessions they have delivered. This would mean we can say goodbye to the paper client sign off sheets. It would make things completely accurate as when someone buys a block, they would be allocated credits to book…
