Client Check in Tracking
I wish there was a way for us coaches to enter in weekly data, stats, notes and recommendations each week for our clients. I currently have an excel spreadsheet to track all of this however, it would be nice to have everything in one place.

Ability to Turn off the Invitation Email for Re-Activated Clients
Would like the option to not send an invitation email to reactivated clients. Sometimes clients are deactivated for one week and it is redundant to send another invitation email.

Allow trainer to add weight, measurements, body fat numbers on a clients profile.
As the trainer, I would like to be able to enter this data into their profile from my log in screen. It seems only the client can enter this information from their log in.

Allow to combine accounts,
if you on board a new coach to your business it would be ideal to allow for the transfer of current clients. Being able to integrate new coaches into our trainerize and their current clients/workouts they already have on trainerize would save hours maybe days worth of time.

Have a profile for trainers
I don't know how we as trainers don't have a profile and we can't track our workouts and nutrition either. we should be able to have the option to plan a training for ourselves.

Overview Calendar
A monthly or weekly calendar view that can be found on the Overview page. Similar to a list view of when clients complete a workout, but instead it's in a month or weekly view, where it shows the clients name on the day they workout and the workout they did. This will save time and brain power from having to continuously go into each client's profile to view their workout consistency.

Custom welcome and consultation form based on certain client types
Ability to create custom invitation emails and consultation forms based on clients selected product, client tags, or workout program.
Example: Someone selects a nutrition only program they would receive a nutrition specific welcome and consultation form focused on nutrition. Someone selects a training and nutrition program they would have a specific welcome and consultation form that pertains to both fitness and nutrition. Or if someone signs up for a 6 month program with monthly payments, would be great to send an agreement that covers those 6 months commitment to pay vs someone who pays all up front who would not…

View recent activities by specific trainers
Allowing the recent activity tab on the right-hand side of the trainer portal to allow admins to sort clients based on trainers. This allows the admins to see the life recent activities of not just ALL clients, but trainer-specific clients . Currently, we can only sort it based on locations, events, and comments but adding trainers would be awesome

Get a summary of all missed workouts in daily email
In the daily email we get a summary of what our clients have done.
I don't need to see that a client has done there workout, that is shown on my dashboard when I log in.
But I do need to see when a client misses a session. The only way I can see this if its not one of the ones shown in the summary is to go into the clients profile and check.
It would make it much easier to have this info in the daily email.

be able to search clients by email instead of name and then select them
Be able to search clients by email instead of name and then select them.
Currently only able to search by email at top left of interface but not on the client dashboard, the problem with this is that you cannot select multiple people searching by email.

Have a list view of clients that missed tasks
I check in with clients daily.. This would be made easier if I could pull up a list of people that didn't do their scheduled activities. This way I can make sure I don't miss holding anyone accountable.

When a client is deactivated cancel any future appointments that they have.
When a client is deactivated the system automatically cancels any future appointments that they have. Also give the option to mark appointments as "no show".
