Allow Customised feedback forms not just photos and body stats for check ins
Hi
At the moment there is the option for Photos and Body Stats but this is pretty limited when comes to energy and sleep and feedback from clients.
They may be able to do this on workouts but to add this sort of Form to weekly check ins would be great and a useful tool for a lot of coaches I think.

Client session summery report
Being able to bring up a report on how many sessions a trainer has done in a month with how many sessions each client has attended would be great.

The app is a little buggy. Switching from client to client is a bit cumbersome. Too many clicks to get where i need to go.
The app is a little buggy. Switching from client to client is a bit cumbersome. Too many clicks to get where i need to go. Also, not all clients require periodization. Would be helpful to have an option of which style of training we prefer for that client.
Also, allow notes to be added to the exercise itself. For example if we need to correct form or want to remember to watch for something or a specific non-weight setting on a machine. It would be helpful to have it right there.

Use same email for multiple accounts.
Clients being able to use the same email but have a different user name to sign in. I train youth clients and some parents have more than one child and can’t add an account because they already used the email. I had a client use three e mails to add their child on the app. A different user name would be easier to use in this case. Make an e mail a requirement upon sign up but need a user name to register.

Be able to freeze or dismiss a clients account
Be able to freeze or dismiss a clients account whilst keeping their profile and all their information for them to still access, but without them taking up a coaching spot. For example if they’ve finished coaching with you, you don’t want to delete their account because they won’t have access to their programme that they’ve paid for and if they come back to you for coaching you’ll have to re-sign them back up again

Task/Reminders list
It would be awesome to be able to create a task/reminder list that syncs with the calendar so we can keep track of things we need to do for the clients and important dates and events coming up.

“Basic Client” should have more features for “in-person clients”
I see what you’re trying to do with “Basic Clients” for the in-person clients. The problem is, this cuts out a lot of the features that are very helpful for in-person clients such as messaging, setting goals and habits, nutrition, progress stats, etc.. I think the only thing to get rid of with an “In-person client” is the workout programming and tracking in the app. I’d be willing to pay for all of these features minus the online workouts for all in person clients.
If an in-person client also wants workout programs for home or because they’re a hybrid client…

Weight and rep targets for clients
Allow trainers to add goal targets of weight / reps of exercises in the block weekly to help online client's who train get a better understanding of what weight to utilize.
I currently do this for my clients in google sheets every Sunday before the training week starts but it will be super cool to integrate this idea into the app

be able to tag clients in already posted group messages
This would be so helpful so if a client asks a question that has already been answered, we could just tag them in the posted message so they can see it - a lot like being able to do that with posts on facebook

It would be great to be able to use trainerize as a 24/7 gym management software
Currently my gym uses a program called Gym Master to collect payments, assign key fobs, control gym access for our facility and run reports. It would be great if this could all be under one roof on trainerize. It could be a package for gym owners, rather than online trainers.
It would be need the ability to connect to a gatekeeper/swipe system, offer class bookings which allowed or disallowed bookings based on payment status.2 votes -
Generate a client referral code to programs
When a trainer opens up a program for open enrollment, clients can get their own referral code from the program to share with others. This will automatically store the data (how may times the code has been used), within their profile and take a certain dollar amount off the next month's subscription.

Separate On-Demand Phase from the Main Program Phase
Just get back to what it was before. Now we cannot get notifications when a MAIN PROGRAM is ending because there is a ON-DEMAND program going on all the time. It is a lost tool for communities, because when you subscribe a group to an On-Demand program and maintain each person to an individualized program, you stop getting notifications. Just get back to what it was, that doesn't make any sense.
