We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. The ability to customize Auto Client Tags

    Could we please have access to customize the triggers for auto-tags, or at least create our own auto-tags? Some of my clients need attention every couple of days, and more frequent auto-tags would be very helpful.

    Some of the tags are very late to the party.

    e.g. The "Not Signed In Recently" trigger is 4-weeks.

  2. Ability to Print / Email Consultation Form to use as a PAR-Q

    Until there is a seperate PAR-Q form, would be great to be able to print the consultation form out. Then we can edit it and add waiver information, print and get client to sign it.

  5. Be able to freeze or dismiss a clients account

    Be able to freeze or dismiss a clients account whilst keeping their profile and all their information for them to still access, but without them taking up a coaching spot. For example if they’ve finished coaching with you, you don’t want to delete their account because they won’t have access to their programme that they’ve paid for and if they come back to you for coaching you’ll have to re-sign them back up again

  6. Adding 'check-ins' to calender

    I think it would help if trainers can enter a 'check-in' appointment. The same as when clicking on calender and scheduling a workout or tracking stats etc...

  9. Push Reminder notification this is important to remind clients to workout, what good is a app if they don’t open it.

    pushed reminders notifications to remind clients of schedule,to work out, to drink water or what ever the task is at hand. This would help a lot for accountability, because right now if they don’t have to have their app open they wouldn’t know their was a task at hand.

  10. Let us edit/delete comments

    When we leave comments on the calories section, pictures or exercise replies, we can't edit or remove them like we can in the chat. I'd like the ability to unsend/delete and edit them please.

  11. Allow for notes to be taken DURING the workout that are private for the trainer only

    Take notes DURING the workout that can help you discover and remember client birthdays, hobbies, current situations, etc. Clients talk during training sessions and its be convenient to keep notes of your discussions in one place privately without having to open new apps or windows. During the workout is crucial so you don't forget it later.

  12. Allow us to custom a master habit and link it to all clients

    I’m having this problem where i have to acess to al my clients in order to create habits for them to finish which i find it very time consuming.

  14. Accessibility for Visually Impaired. Label buttons so phone can read buttons

    Please make the buttons on the app accessible for visually impaired. Not all buttons are labeled and makes moving around the app very challenging.

  15. certifications

    we should be able to upload copies of our actual certifications so clients can see that the trainers they are working with are for real. There are a tone of people getting so called certifications that allow them to train people and they should not be since they could hurt someone really badly.

  16. Have the option to pick the voice that speaks to clients.

    We want to be able to pick the voice that our clients hear. We have had a lot of complaints about the new voice and countdown lady. We would love to be able to choose what they hear.

  17. Biweekly accountability forms with questionnaire with YES/NO/ boxes for open ended answers

    This was great which I did on Mypthub and worked well as an accountability form which I liked to do fortnightly with clients.
