We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Trainerize Invoices available in AUD

    An issue I am facing is that the invoices coming from trainerize are in USD. I live in Australia and this makes it hard for tax purpose to have to convert as the conversion is always different.

    So many other online training platforms do the conversion.

    Trainerize needs to make changes to this as this would impact people all over the world!

  2. Klarna pay option

    Instead of only offering stripe to the trainers which is based upon subscription, maybe also offer Klarna, as they are well known an in a lot of countries available as well. Klarna has no subscription but you pay klarna a little over 1% + $0.20 every time you recieve a payment.

    This is way more friendly for starters who struggle to get of the ground as they would only need to pay based on what they earn, $7 for stripe is quite a lot in my eyes, that is almost 20% of what I earn from 1 client... Can't afford…

  3. Customise payment failure message

    The default message for failed payments is both impersonal and harshly worded. Providing access to customise the message would allow for better communication to clients who have had a failed payment.

  4. Integrate Trainerize Pay with PayPal Payflow Pro or PayPal Business as the Payment Gateway

    At the moment you can only use Stripe as your payment gateway, but since Stripe does not offer true merchant account services, international payments very often fail.

    To solve this problem, trainers should be able to integrate their PayPal Business account (or PayPal Payflow Pro account) to Trainerize Pay as their default payment gateway.

    PayPal Business and PayPal Payflow Pro offer true, verified merchant account services and therefore would reduce considerably the amount of failed payments business owners face right now.

    Also, clients could use PayPal Express checkout or maybe even PayPal Credit to pay.

  5. editable payment page

    The payment page should DEFINITELY be editable.
    Translating the language of the BUY button and other parts would be really important to be able to provide reliability and credibility to the buyer.

    It would also be good to be able to make visual changes to the texts on the purchase page, such as bold fonts and clickable links.

  6. PRODUCTS - Please allow PDF Products to be emailed directly to clients upon purchase without accessing their Trainerize account

    I would LOVE to be able to upload .pdf documents/products into Trainerize where clients can purchase and instantly receive the product via email without creating/accessing an account or filling out a consultation form.

    For example: I produce my own recipe books and ebooks that I sell on the fly and would love the client to have instant gratification when purchasing the product.

    As Trainerize focuses on selling digital coaching services with the app, any user will need to create a Trainerize account to access their app and payments..

    Seems like you might be looking to just sell digitla e-goods. You may want to look at Shopify for that.

  8. Opt out of consultation form/account login

    It would be wonderful to directly sell a digital product and have the PDF document emailed directly to the customer without having them fill out a consultation form or signing into an account.

  10. Don't allow clients to log into the app without entering their credit card info

    I have clients who received the initial "set up your app" email and have downloaded and logged into the app. I then "sold" them my product by linking the package to their account and Trainerize emailed them about putting in their payment info. But my client still has not paid. I don't like nagging clients to pay and it is a hassle to figure out which clients have paid and which have not when I am setting up workout calendars.

  11. Assign the same discount to multiple products for different purposes

    For example, this Black Friday, it would have been very handy to have the ability to use code "BLACKFRIDAY" for 25% off PT packages, but also the same code to have the first month free on master program subscriptions, keeping it simple for the customer.

    I did try making a separate code for the two discount purposes with the same code, but was not allowed to replicate the same code - maybe the potential solution could be to allow identical codes created for separate purposes?

  12. Allow recurring bookings without an end date

    Currently, bookings can be recurring for up to 4 weeks when using the app and 52 weeks when using the desktop. This should have the ability to be recurring with no end date.

  14. Multiple administrative accounts

    Is there any hope of having multiple admin accounts so that each trainer on the team could have their own Trainerize pay system and bank details? This would help Trainers that act as contractors united their own clients under one "umbrella" network of PTs.

  15. Multiple bank accounts on the one profile. This way can assign clients to their trainers and make payments easier.

    Have trainers bank details on the app. This will allow the manager to make simple payments when they have new assigned clients.

    Allow clients view previously bought products and current products at the same time. Old products being inaccessible after a new product is bought is a big problem.

    All it would require is being able to click into old training plans. I don't understand why this feature isn't available.

    Imagine telling an in person client they can't view their old training programs.
