This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Show more than than 6 clients, Better/More Efficient to scroll and view all clients.

    The current way of having to click the numbers to access different clients is a complete waste of time. TrueCoach and CoachRX just for example allow you to just scroll through them all without having to access multiple pages. That and you only allow 6 per page is also a waste. Please update this as it's so annoying and time consuming and isn't something that would be that hard to transition to.

  2. Fillable PARQ & Liability Waiver

    Present a fillable PARQ and esignature liability waiver during initial client app set up. Rather than sending them as email attachments.

  3. Easily edit or removing repeating events from calendar

    I need to update a clients cardio ( General) and it's repeated for 6 weeks and Im currently trying to delete all of them , from every day for the next 6 weeks, thats a lot

  4. Selecting billing start date.

    I've been with several trainer/fitness programs and the majority of them allow the trainer to select their own billing start date, not merely when the client signs up. This should be a standard feature. Having clients wait till the first of the month is pretty rediculous and is not a professional business solution.Please, please, please give us trainers, business owners the ability to sign up clients at any day and choose a billing start date.

  5. Add Push Notification for Trainer when a Client Needs Attention/When they approach the end of a program

    Add a push notification option for trainers to receive notifications when clients are reaching the end of their training program.

    Could be set up for a given time frame. 1 week, day before, day of, etc.

    The client needing attention email works, but a push notification may also add some more visibility/accessibility for trainers to keep up to date via the mobile app.

  6. Check-In Tab

    Create a separate tab for weekly check-ins. The tab would include check-in questions that the client fills out, weekly photos, and the coach could save notes on that weeks check-in.

    Similarly to toggling back and forth between weekly photos, clients would be able to toggle back and forth to previous check-ins to review last weeks notes before sending a client message.

  8. Away message or status

    It would be great to have an away message setting so that when clients are sending messages outside a trainers work hours they do not expect an immediate response.

  9. auto deactivate without automation setup

    ability to auto deactivate a client without having to do it through stripe or zapier. Automation shouldn't have to be setup to do this.

  11. Be able to view EVERY client's nutrition bars in 1 screen.

    I have to open a new tab for every single client at once if I want to view their nutrition for the day. Like one big screen where you can scroll down little bubbles with their nutrition progress for the day & maybe even workout they did. Like a live dashboard. Or at least just an overall view of everyone at once . Because it's so many steps to view what everyone is doing / has planned for them for the day you have to check 1 by one which takes load screen after load screen.

  12. Menstrual period tracking in app and shade the weight loss graph a different colour for coaches

    When females have their menstrual cycle, it would be great to be able to see it on the chart with their weight loss, in a different colour

  13. Basic Client Type

    For the Basic Client Type (I know you just implemented this last week) can we set them up with workouts/programs, but don't have access to the trainer?

    At this time it seems kind of pointless for them to download the app just to set up an appointment. Most of us probably already use scheduling things (like calendly) for this so why would someone go through the trouble of signing up on an app just to send something that could be an email.

  14. Be able to choose how many "days" go by before a client is tagged for recent sign in activity

    It would be nice to be able to choose how many days go by before a client is tagged for not signing into the app or not messaging their trainer lately. Right now the minimum time frame is one week. It would be great to be able to choose how many days.

  16. If a client skips sets and reps, or certain aspects of a workout, trainers should be able to see if they only completed X% of the workout.

    I don't understand why if a client only completes certain parts of a workout, but not the entire thing, that it still says on trainers' end that they "completed" the workout.

  18. Daily Summary Report for specific clients only

    It would be great if we as trainers can specify which clients we want the daily summary report for.
    I train in-person and online clients and only want the daily summary report for my online clients.

  19. Add reminders to clients in notes

    Being able to add a reminder for the coach to a client for a time and date would be useful. For example I have a client who currently has some medical issues she has gone to the doctors for. I need to remember in 2 weeks to check up on a few things with relation to this.

    Ability to add that to the client and then receive this as a reminder would be very useful

  20. Form on trainerize.me page

    When a potential new client goes to your trainerize.me page, the only options are to purchase a program.

    Having a form that the individual could fill out like a very basic consultation form will allow you to get in touch with the individual when they are considering your services.

    As a potential client, only having the option of making a purchase without submiting a form to get to know the trainer would turn me away.

    The only other way to do this would be through your own personal website.
