This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Add custom badges

    I have a personalised app & love it but the badges just don’t match the rest of the theme at all - it’s a minor thing & doesn’t cause any problems obviously I just think it would be nice if we could chose how that looked & make it more personal

  2. Allow for timed sets instead of only reps...ex squats for 1 min

    Sometimes i like to set a client to hit a specific number of reps and for some exercise i would love to be able to say 5 sets each lasting 1 min

  3. Extend how long we can assign a habit to a client

    Can we make the goals longer than 16 weeks and the master programs? I would like to do it for 52 weeks OR when its expired to be able to just press extend goal instead of retyping it in and also being able to edit the goal instead of erasing and starting new.

  5. Ios14 widget so client can see what’s due today and maybe messages easily from their Home Screen

    Have a widget to go along with the new iOS update where a client can easily see what’s due today, message notifications, and maybe be able to check off habits of that is possible.

  6. ADD RESISTANCE BAND EXERCISES

    I cant find any exercises that use hip circles (booty bands) and i would love to add them in for my clients.

  8. Choose when we get payouts. I like budgeting monthly, not every 2 days.

    On another training platform I used, you could select daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payouts. I chose to payout at the beginning of each month so I knew how much money I had to budget for the month.

    With a Stripe account, you can control your payout schedule.

    You can now move your Trainerize Pay to a Stripe account and directly connect it to Trainerize.

    With the Stripe account,
    - flexible payout schedules (including instant payouts)
    - you do not have the $1000 limit.
    - you get lower rates (Stripe’s official rates)
    - full access to Stripes dashboard and reporting

    Simply go to your Payments page and hit Switch. You can create a new account or connect your existing Stripe account.

  9. Enter reps for Regular/Circuit workouts in Apple Watch

  10. Trainerize pay for Cyprus

    It's much easier for someone to sign up immediately. Once they leave the page they easily stray off, being able to pay immediately grabs more customers on the spur of the moment

  13. Allow MyFitnessPal to sync with all data (including calorie goals and what they're actually eating).

    Currently, it says clients have a low workout compliance and you can only see macros. This doesn't help with knowing their calorie goals and what they're actually eating. If you could change this then I think a lot of people would be happy as it would be such a useful tool!

  16. Payment integration for Romania

    It would be great if you can add payment integration for more countries. I really love your app but I can't work with it if my clients can't pay using the trainerize app.

    Hi all,

    Your clients can now use their Apple Watch, Fitbit or Withings wearables to track sleep and have it sync into Trainerize.

    For the syncing with the Apple Watch, you will need to go turn on the beta by navigating to the Add-ons > Integration and scrolling down to the botttom and turn Apple Watch beta on.

    For Fitbit users, they will need to disconnect and reconnect their account to request for the new sleep permissions.

    Manual sleep tracking can also be done by tapping on the sleep tile on the dashboard, opening the graph and hitting +.

    We are also currently working on the sleep habit. What aspect of sleep would you want to set a habit on? Total sleep time, time to sleep, or wake time?

  19. Steps! We need to able to see our clients steps

    We all understand NEAT and how much this count for energy expenditure! We must be able to see our clients steps from their fitbit/ watch of choice. This would make the app near perfect. This is a massive thing for all fat loss clients especially

    Closing this out as in our previous release, Fitbit and Withings devices now sync their steps into Trainerize.

    If you are looking to turn on syncing for Apple Health/Watch, you can turn on the beta within the Add-ons > Integrations and scroll down to the bottom section “Beta labs”.

  20. Customize color Scheme

    Creating a connection between my brand in my clients is important to me. Customizable colors and branding would be “amazing” for my business. I appreciate your platform, but I don’t want my clients to “feel” like it isn’t “my” platform. Hope that makes sense

    This can already be done if you purchase a custom mobile app. You can add your custom logo and branding colours.

    You can find this within your Add-ons > Custom Mobile Apps section.
