We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    Connect and create a custom domain: Connect Trainerize to Existing Domain Name to my Website. Once a client logs in, I want them to remain on my website.

  2. Client able to hide body stats/photos from trainer

    Make it so that clients can choose what info they want to share with their trainer such as body stats and photos

  3. Allow for a photo to be uploaded if we do not have a video to add for the workout

    I have a client with an AeroTrainer and wants to use it during workouts. I have pictures of the different exercises, poses, and positions snapped from the AeroTrainer manual and website. Since I don't own an AeroTrainer, I cannot create video clips of the exercises. I created a description for each one, but it would be extremely helpful & beneficial to be able to add a photo or 2 in place of the video (especially instead of a blank screen). The blank screen looks very unprofessional. A photo would keep the high quality vibe going.

  4. Increase length of goals you can type in.

    The word count is really small for goals and it’s hard to make it SMART. They end up being very general goals that are specific.

  5. Opt out of consultation form/account login

    It would be wonderful to directly sell a digital product and have the PDF document emailed directly to the customer without having them fill out a consultation form or signing into an account.

  6. Clients should be aloud to view the plan after the end date

    Please allow clients to view training plans after the end date. It is nice for them to see everything they have achieved at a glance rather than removing it at the end.

  8. Client add videos within the workout screen instead of only in messenger

    Have client videos attached to the prescribed exercises instead of only in messages. Have an “add video/show my coach” option within the workout for coaching cues.

    Create an All-In One Place Check-In Screen... based on a Trainer Editable Check In Form.... which draws all the Pertinent data to One Screen for the Client we are currently checking on... with Initial/Last Week’s/This Week’s - Body Stats, Progress Photos, How they rate the week, stats on workout compliance...   11. Remove "good job" and cartoon graphics at end of workout

    Please give option to remove the cartoon thumbs up/congrats on your workout after rating. The rest of the app is really sleek and this is super cheesy. Plus for those of us that use workouts for meditation, habit videos, etc it doesn't apply

  12. Is there a button I can click to hide all data from my clients?

    I would like to hide the data from some clients just to help improve their mental state. They’ll check their results and sometimes if it’s negative they’ll criticize themselves way too much.

  13. Allow playable interval workout experience on desktop

    With work-from-home, so many people are doing workouts from home and people would rather see a big screen on their laptop than their phone. Now would be a great time to bring back the desktop version for clients to do interval workouts on their laptop!

  18. A way for clients to enter in their own daily habits

    I love being able to give my clients their own habits on the app but would love if every week they can create their own habits / goals for the week & have a way to check in once finished.

  19. Can clients follow the interval workouts, with the timer, on a computer rather than ipad/phone?

    I have a few clients saying they cannot get the timer on the interval workouts when they follow it on their computer but it shows up on an ipad/phone. Is this possible to fix?

  20. The ability to add more characters to each goal - why are we limited?

    See above.. nothing crazy just want to be able to write out more specific goals.
